17I went into Tea 2 Joondalup store this morning (19/9), the sales assistant that helped me he was most helpful and had excellent customer service. He had made you feel welcome and made it easy to shop there. Happy customer:)

Buy my tea from here. Recently bought a beautiful Tea for One teapot and cup for a friend of mine's birthday and she loved it! Sharon was extremely helpful in store and a delight to deal with.
Lovely modern store, the customer service recvd was 10/10! Bought a couple of tea sets for gifts which included gift wrapping which was a lovely added touch. Love this place! If you're a Tea lover, then this is a must stop
Great selection of wonderful flavoured teas and a wide variety of tea dispensers. Although quite pricey.
Ladies were so nice to help with my purchase of Hugo teacup and saucer. Experience was very welcoming, and I enjoyed it very much haha LOL
False advertising on tea
Why call something a detox tea when it doesn’t detox you it gives you the runs

Very friendly and approachable staff, as well as refreshing free tea samples. Perfect place to shop if you're a heavy tea lover.

Wide selection of difference teas, teacups, pots, containers etc. It's a bit expensive however.
Pricey especially their teaware. Good place for getting different teas especially for a gift. Staff are young, friendly and passionate about their products. If you buy a box of tea you can ask for a trial packet for free of another tea in their range (enough for 1 cup). Good PR as I have many times gone back to buy the sampled tea.

This is a great place for the tea connoisseur, great variety and friendly, knowledgeable service. Can be pricey, but you get what you pay for.

If you're a lover of Tea then this is the store for you. Not only is there an unbelievable selection of different teas. But the interior of the store is amazing.
