Pleasant staff, cozy environment. The amount of workers to customers was quite low. Aside from that quick in and out experience!

Disgustingly slow at dispatching items. Ordered 27th November, then dispatched on 5th December. Now 16th December still no delivery. Never again T2

Love coming here for my essential teas! The shop is adorable fill with different kind of teas with colourful packages The staff are friendly and would give us few recipes that we can make with our teas. Great customer service Highly recommend this tea shop if you want high quality tea!

Went in today looking for a decaf tea, and due to covid rules there was no small sample to smell, or a free sample to try it out. I understand covid safety rules, but I'm not willing to spend just under $20 I can't taste or smell beforehand. Might as well buy online as the tasting aspect of T2 to find a new tea you like isn't an option anymore.

Love the tea the quality is fantastic and the packaging is fantastic. The shop is cute and full of colours. Tea equipment such as: tea pots, cups, mugs, sets are cute but a bit overpriced (excellent as a gift idea). The sales are great, the price can go even half down so check the offers;) Enjoy?

Great staff and great selection of tea's and cups. Also, thank you for being respectful and polite regarding my mask exemption. Some places have been rude and assumed me guilty until proven innocent. It's sad, but true, that it's refreshing when people are actually respectful towards me these days.

I was totally disappointed with your overall products which contain anti- caking agent which is cancerous as well as sunflower oil. Why on earth would you have such terrible and cancerous ingredients in your green tea?

Went here on Friday, the staff member checked to see what stores had the tea in stock I wanted and rang to confirm and put one on hold for me at that store. She went above and beyond

The staff are always super friendly! I went in looking for matcha powder and one of the girls showed me everything I’d need, she wasn’t pushy with sales which was so nice. The store is always clean and fully stocked with products!

My friend and I were helped out by the most wonderful employee - it was a tuesday afternoon and the fellow in question had blue hair.
I had 5 different teas I was looking for, and he led us around the whole store - he seemed to know it like the back of his hand! He was patient and slow with us, and told me interesting facts and tidbits about every tea he recommended! Then he gift wrapped them for me in record time. Absolute legend! And my dad was over the moon to receive the gift:).

The staff are all really chill & helpful. They are happy even if you just wanted to try out some of the sample teas, and don't push you to make a decision!

T2 stuff is great, anywhere. But I only write this review as the staff were just so nice and friendly to me that I wanted to say that somewhere. Lovely shop.

I’m bias because I am a fan of quality tea. Love black tea with milk. Just as coffee fans enjoy the aromatic sensation when they walk into a coffee bean shop, unfortunately a tea shop won’t have the effect. Need something new and different, what strikes me is the high quality taste / fragrance/ finish of their black teas, beats your Coles / Woolworths super market brands by a long shot. I find it it doesn’t smell great but when your bring it home your get let down in flavour. You get to touch and smell the teas on the sample display, you get to know what your getting, none of this taking the risk with a mystery super market pick. If that is not enough, there’s plenty to choose from, it’s like a tea supermarket with way too many to choose from. Gets better there a stand with a display, that you can sample a tea blend combination, nice touch of 3 samples to try. I have my favourites but after 4 years still have not finish exploring their changing selections. Tip, become a T2 member to benefit further, should you get hooked by their taste. I love it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Even giving me tips on how to take advantage of multiple promotions using multiple transactions. I left with two teas (Packs-A-Peach and Matcha Berry Ripple) I also left with a good quality tea maker and Matcha flask.

Was looking for some chai, the team at T2 we're amazingly helpful and patient. Let me taste a range of tea and nothing was to much of a problem. Highly recommended.

Well presented shore however how can the Perth flagship store not have everything? What’s the point of the store. Really frustrating.

Famous tea shop, you can find favorite tea keaf since there are plenty kinds of tea leaves. Usually they prepare tasting sample tea.
When we go there we ordered bone China, of course it is fragile and need to be careful to bring abroad. Then they packed our goods very carefully with shock absorbing rapping, we were really happy for their hospitality.

Whoa, the tea bar guy named Jack with the aussie accent is a really cool dude! Stores worth going to just to say hello!

It used to be good but the quality has really decreased. They used to have nice tea for tasting but now the tea just gets less impressive than before. I still go there to grab a quick New York breakfast tea but nothing else really spark my interest anymore.
