10I was served by Hayley (I'm sorry I’m not sure how it’s spelt) today and they was so lovely. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. I told them what problems I was having and they recommended the quite mind tea and explain how every ingredient would help each symptom. Thank you so much for your awesome service beautiful you made my day:)
Had someone named Hailey or Hayley help me, they had a positive attitude, were very informative, and made sure I knew what I was purchasing and didn't go home with the wrong thing!
Loved the selections however put me off with the $1 paper bag fee. It’s soo old fashion to charge customers to pay a paper bag. Add it to your tea products, I’m happy with that but please don’t ask me for another $1 paper bag at the counter.
Absolutely loved the decoration and set up here, a very nice chic feel with some great options. Staff did a really nice job in explaining everything.
T2 always makes me happy. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Of course the range and packaging is amazing. This is T2, after all.
Was looking for a teapot and some tea. On the sign it said the teapot was $50 dollars and even one of the counter girls said it was. When we payed for it it came to $68.
Wonderful store and excellent service. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I received the help I needed and found what I was after. The staff cared for me and it was an enjoyable experience. Very happy to shop at T2 and would certainly recommend.
Great variety to choose from with testers to see which you prefer, packaging is also very nice as a gift for those who enjoy tea. Recommended
I had my first experience in T2 the other day and to say the least I was treated so great! The assistant manager Else Was so kind and helpful and made my first experience that much special. The manager on duty was Meta and she also made me feel very special and welcomed. Great customer service is rare but these two ladies went above and beyone for me!
