Superb customer service. Wide range of product to choose from as well. Love the tea quality. Singapore breakfast is my latest favourite.

The staff are always friendly and there's so many different types of tea to choose from as well as beautiful teacups, teapots, tea infuses. Definitely a great place to go if you want to try various types of tea

One of the ladies seems very confident that smiling and laughing covers up unnecessarily rude and sarcastic comments.
Three stars as the store is lovely and well presented as usual.

I've been working in the centre for about 3 years, and these guys are always so friendly when I come in. They even remember my face in between 6 month gaps. Fantastic people and service.

Surprisingly unpleasant service there this morning from the girl with the unwashed blonde hair. Two stars rather than one because the other assistant wasn't quite so bad and clearly working under the rude one.

Very expensive, not pure teas, have additives, much cheaper and better teas and accessories elsewhere

Made my first purchase of a 1lt jug and some fruit teas. Well worth buying. Flavours are fresh and you can buy a small range of tea options for around $40. Staff were helpful although no sales.

I went looking for a gift, got something, wish the staff would be a tad more helpful to all customers and not so picky. Just glad the person I got the gift for loved it.

Great & colourful range of cups & saucers, mugs & teapots that add to the very wide range of flavours, strengths & types of tea. The teas are available in loose leaf & teabag form. The service level is very high with the very pleasant staff able to answer any questions plus very happy to wrap the present. They responsibly controlled the number of people in the store during these COVID times. A great place to shop & find presents for people or range of teas for me.

I love the products at T2 however all 3 times I have visited this store (Westfield carousel) the customer service is so over the top and the personalities of the store ladies are super fake. I can’t get out of there fast enough. They use this rope at the door and try to make your experience high brow and classy but it comes off slow and tacky. They only ever have one checkout counter open and take forever to get through the line as they talk for extended periods. Never efficient and over done! Will try another store!

The shop assistants have been very helpful but at the time of visiting the T2 retail stores where only able to offer pick up for click and collect orders. As stated, shop assistants were excellent

Staff are always welcoming and happy to help. If you're unsure about a flavour ask the staff if you can sample it first and they'll brew one up for you fresh

Love the store and the products however the two staff last week were so irritating I could get out fast enough. They didn't offer any help and talked to each other incessantly with loud ridiculous accents so loud they didn't hear my question about a product. Made my daughter pay while I went out. Just got too much.

T2 had a very silly saleswoman with an accent today venting to customers.
Anyway. I walked out without a purchase
