We bought spare ribs and other meat from T-Bone and Sons while we were on holidays. The meat was top quality and reasonably priced. We received good old fashioned customer service. It's such a shame that local butchers like this one are disappearing. Next time we are back that way, we are going to T-Bone and Sons to stock our fridge and freezer again. We highly recommend this Butcher.
