We are from the other side of the country and our best furry friend was overdue for some arthritis drugs. We got the best attention from the vet/doctressy person and now my best furry person "Itch" is back to his old self. Thanks guys, loved your lovin'.

Thank you very much for coming to Norseman and seeing Fifi today for her vaccination, I really appreciate it. Communication and care was excellent.

We were notified that our precious puppy needed her vaccinations, and they took us in right away. Each person we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful.

A huge thank you to Dr. Ella and Dr. Swan with our little boy Turbo, they understood we were coming from two hours away to have him checked out and when they found the issue and told us we need to get him to a specialist in Perth. Dr. Ella worked so hard for us and her hard work payed off and our little boy is on the road to recovery.

We are travelling and called into Swans Vet Services in Esperance to arrange a appointment for our pup Tilly to have her latest vaccination shots. From the girls at front counter to Dr Harry were absolutely amazing they arranged for a appointment right then, the professional approach from all made our girl’s experience wonderful lots of pats and encouragement and lots of treats, we can’t thank you enough well done guys you rock!

Stopped in today with very ill dog.drove up from hopetoun.the front desk staff were very efficient.dog seen almost immediately.vet was clear and decice in what was happening.careing and friendly just what u want when things arent quite right with ur pet.much appreciated.

Staff do their best on a busy schedule.
Always very professional.
Always make a effort to allow access for appointment time.
Living in a remote area the flexibility to make time for my pets is very reassuring.
Highly recommended.

Just in for nail trim as passing through town and cannot manage it on my own as my dog is too leggy to sit on my lap while I cut. Been to many vets for help with trim as travelling around the country the past 6m- my dog is usually beautifully behaved and trim takes under 2 mins with the extra set of hands/ her standing on table. She doesn’t enjoy it… but usually quiet, doesn’t squirm at all & has NEVER growled before.
Unfortunately lady that tried today was very clearly nervous/ scared & hesitated a lot. My poor dog fed off that.got upset & very stressed like I’ve never seen! Just horrible to see.
Lady then needed help from another staff member and they tried muzzle on her to get it done. Never required before! I couldn’t stand it. I was worried it was upsetting my dog so much and cementing new terrible behaviour/ that nail trim is stressful so didn’t finish.
Still was charged $27.50 (!) even though didn’t even finish. Nails they did trim are left very long/ aren’t even close to quick. Even on the pink nails! May as well not have cut them at all! Cannot believe all that stress for practically nothing/ will need to do again so soon.
Staff should not accept a task if not confident & capable of that task!
Very disappointed in service/ staff skill and the stress it has caused my poor dog. Actually wanted to cry once back in the car. Just hope haven’t traumatised her for future trims.
Really really regret stopping here!

It's hard to understand how a vet clinic as a whole can be so uncaring and treat animals with almost no empathy.until you realize it is the only vet in town. After having no choice but to use them on multiple occasions, I can not warn you more strongly to AVOID THIS VET

I can not thank Dr Ruben, Dr Katie and the whole team enough for saving my dogs life. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and caring towards both the pet and owner. Can not recommend them enough.

Nicole Swan is a compassionate kind empathetic knowledgeable veterinarian who looked after my little puppy.who didn't make it after second surgery Thank you Nicole and the wonderful ladies who greet us with kindness every time we walk into the clinic so grateful

Dr Reuben was amazing with our staffyX girl Kaia! She was admitted with severe rat poisoning after eating a heap of it! Dr Reuben went above & beyond to the point of taking Kaia home with him to monitor her condition, as she was put into an induced coma, which she has now come out of with flying colours! Highly recommend the staff & their amazing compassion for their patients Thankyou again!

We are travelling in WA, from Melbourne. We visited the Swans Veterinary surgery a few days ago to have sutures removed from our Spoodle pup, after surgery at Wagin. The staff at the Swans clinic are amazing. Everyone is friendly totally professional and extremely competent when handling our excitable dog. Thank you Scott, Brad, and the wonderful reception staff. We totally give the clinic 5 starrs.

Very accommodating and friendly team in swan vets. Have been so helpful with our boys acl surgery and recovery.

Our dog Tilli has been to many vets over her 14 years and none of them have been as knowledgeable and nurturing as Dr Ella Fowler and the staff at SVS. Tilli was in need of emergency medical care in the early hours of Saturday morning. At 4am, Ella attended to our sick girl with such care and diligence that after two days Tilli had improved at a remarkable rate. We were so fortunate that Ella was on-call when Tilli needed help; we will be forever grateful. I highly recommend Dr Ella Fowler and SVS to anyone needing veterinary services.

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Swans. The staff were so accomodating with appointments when things were quite a quick rush. Thank you so much to Ella who treated our Dusty with so much care, you made us feel so at ease in a scary time!

The lady I saw is "in training" and never got her name but was extremely helpful.
They're the only vet in Esperance so we don't have a choice of who to go to.

Very friendly and helpful staff but that's not enough is it? You need expert veterinary care and that is exactly what you will get from the experts at Swans. I did on a Saturday and Sunday and my little one bounced back with their care.

Wonderful staff who take excellent care or put animals, both in the clinic and in the paddock. They always do that little bit extra to help our nervous animals. Helpful and friendly office staff as well.
