Swan Towing Bunbury

Hire company towed my car from the repairers to Swan towing yard bunbury. It says 24 hours but I rang once and emailed. Aswell as asking a person visiting his business on today being Sunday.

The yard looks secure but after waiting 24 hours. Mostly because I had no credit on my calling phone and had onky data on the other. Upon finally ringing them my self they basically said thre only 9: 30 - 500 weekdays. They wouldn't even come out for a $50 tip or a tow. Was going pay for a tow just to get my laptop. Which I. Eed for work. Not sure of there towing service but not exactly helpful if you need access. It is however secure.

Will update the review if it changes bit am currently in a rush

Darrin Wright contractor. Absolutely disgraceful. Smoked in cab, swore constantly. Caused expensive damaged to car when loading. AND had concussed young driver sit in car, steer up ramp and then run it off the ramp, in reverse, at the destination. Dangerous and unprofessional.

I needed a tiw home they arrived in 10 min the car wasnt just droped in my driveway it was placed security in the carport l will recomend thus company again. Thankyou Trevor the towing specialist

Good old swan towing has had my sons car impounded for the last 28 days, yes he did the wrong thing and has paid the price but he rang them today telling them he cant pick the car up until tomorrow and out of the kindness of their hearts they told him we will charge you another 25 dollars storage fee no slack with these people.yes their running a business, but hey what's wrong with a bit of compassion you just got 28 days of storage fees out of him,

WARNING PEOPLE BE CAREFUL DON'T TRUST THESE THIEVES Rude, corrupt, non helpful when asked the simplest questions and enquiries not only will they rip you in price and and force you to pay more (LIKE TO STEAL YOUR BELONG FROM YOUR CAR) use your car or your car's plates at their own leisure, LIE see your face people please be careful

Swan completed a trying recovery after one of our loaded log trucks broke down a fair distance from home. They towed our vehicle from Kojonup, returning both rig and driver safely to Bunbury.
This is yet another example of the good, helpfull, cost effective, service we have received from Swan Towing over the last number of years.

Vultures. Avoid this mob at all costs. Eas stuck on the side of the road in need of a tilt tray truck. Had no wallet or credit card details on me so they refused to help. Explained that i would pay them cash as soon as i got back to town. Just vultures dont use them
