The owner Brian is great and dedicated to getting you your parts when you need them and where you need them. Staff was mostly really helpful.

I often get good customer service because I am not rude but the service I received was amazing.

I was asked to send photos of my enquiry to see what it was I needed and had a response in less than 5 minutes.
I ordered items I didn’t require yet for I was left with an awesome feeling due to the friendliness and effort they went to for me to have the correct information to make an informed purchase.
This company is great and is now my go to store for anything needed restoring my Sierra

These guys are absolute legends and saved me $25k! Went to 3 mechanics who told me the engine was stuffed due to rattling sound and white smoke puffing out. Turns out it was fixable for couple hundred bucks and had nothing to do with the engine. What I learned - you gotta go to the guys that specialise in Suzuki’s (if that’s what you have).

I described the problem and Joern told me what it was without even seeing the car.

Highly recommend and I’ll be back here for sure.

Suzistore/4WD part shop is everything you could ask for in an auto parts supplier and/or a mechanic. They will track down the most obscure genuine part or make a sound recommendation on after-market items. They’ll keep your hands of Suzuki running perfectly, or rig it out perfectly for anything from road racing to extreme 4WDing. The knowledgeable Euan is an excellent communicator - always keeps you posted on prices, progress finding parts, and service bookings. I go all the way from South Fremantle to Midland to have my Grand Vitara serviced there, and it’s well worth the trip. Thanks Euan, Sean and co!

Suzistore… what an obliging mob. I come from Queensland & found this Suzi shop on line. I was having difficulty in getting a taillight for my Jimny over east so went west. No problems at all. Half the price of Queensland Suzuki outlets & really prompt delivery. Highly recommend this WA Suzuki shop

Much better prices for genuine parts than Suzuki, they also had some parts that I was not able to obtain anywhere else including Suzuki. Easy to deal with as well.

Very irritating when I am looking for parts a nag keeps popping up and blocking content Says steve munro ps I didnt get as far as order process and service, I ran from nags just like my first and second wife. I couldnt find what I wanted fram nags, nags nags

Awesome work by the boys at Suzi store. Dropped the zook off earlier today thinking it would be a few days worth of troubleshooting to get her running right. 4hrs later I get a call to come pick her up. All issues sorted and for 1/4 the price that I was expecting. Unreal service and turn around. Cheers boys, the best the zook has ran in the 10yrs I've owned it. Recommend suzi store to anyone with an older zook. These guys know what they're doing.

Ordered the parts I needed by phone, paid for them and within a week they were delivered to my address in remote QLD by mail. Excellent thanks and saved a trip to town next month.

Pretty sure I’m their most annoying customer ever, but honestly- Euan, Brian and the crew will look after you. So many parts. So much knowledge. And you know what? Passion. That’s what you want- people that live and breathe Suzuki and 4wd. And they do, I can tell, because I do too!

Seriously, best Suzuki and 4wd parts and service supplier. EBay, gumtree, online, bricks and mortar. What more could you want? !

I was a difficult customer. I'm not sure how many times I called and emailed Euan for corrections to my order and for advice on what I *actually* needed, but whatever the count was, he was always happy to help. He even alerted me (by phone) when he had seen that I had made an incorrect purchase online (I hadn't realized a set of brake shoes included both sides of the vehicle!). This is going above and beyond.
They will forever be my first stop when it comes to keeping my Vitara on the road.
I wish I had discovered them years ago.

Even though they are aftermarket parts they are as good if not better than the originals. Prices are reasonable too.

Great service from the beginning. I had to wait for a week or so to fit my tow- bar, however good communication and professional fit-up were more important than anything else.
