It is fresh and tasty. They also make made to order dishes and also have katsu chicken ready to go. The owners are so nice.

This sushi was simply incredible the sushi was marvellous the teriyaki chicken tasted the best i have ever tasted. I have travelled to many countries it was the best ever.owner was lovely

We went to Sushi Blue for our lunch today. We chose this place because of the glowing reviews.
I ordered the Fish Bento box. I had many over the years, elsewhere of course. This one turned out to be a total catastrophe. This is not Japanese food. The box contained a few deep fried pieces of fish served on rice, two pieces of sushi and something looking like a hash brown. There were no pickled side dishes, no miso soup etc.
My partner's Chicken Katsu was not any better. There were a few fried pieces of deep fried chicken tossed onto noodles smothered in a some awful sauce. The birds at home will have a feed tonight - poor things.

The best sushi, so fresh, huge peices and well priced. I don't want to get my takeaway sushi anywhere else.

The Sushi Blue is just one good reason to come shopping here. I will upload pictures soon just so you can see what all the fuss is about. I can guarantee you won’t find sushi this good with its portion and freshness absolutely mind blowing!

The teriyaki beef is a regular for us! Sooo delicious! And the sushi is amazing too! The staff are always so vibrant and lovely!

Amazing quality sushi, especially considering this is a not a standalone restaurant but a community food-hall store inside a shopping centre; a hidden gem. Fresh, vibrant, carefully made and everything sushi should be. I ordered a couple of sushi platters from Sushi Blue for a birthday party and was really impressed. Thanks

I come here most days for lunch, and it never fails to deliver. Always incredibly fresh (often cooked to order), generous in portion size, affordable, and always served with a smile! The people that work here are amazing - they are just the icing on the cake for me. Ticks every single box. They deserve all the praise they get! Please keep doing exactly what you’re doing?

This has to be one of the best small business sushi places in North Perth. The staff are incredibly friendly and always deliver fresh sushi. The portion size is generous and always hits the spot.
