Surgery 82

Very busy and quite late today behind with appointments which sometimes cannot be avoided.

Receptionist friendly and very helpful. Doctor caring and thorough with examination, explained everything. Nurse did such a good of my vaccination, I didn't feel the needle. A good experience all round.

Can't fault the care and service at surgery 82. All of the staff and doctors are extremely thorough and kind and I always walk away feeling heard.

I was there for an ingrown toenail, which my doctor was unable to assist with. Even though I had asked the receptionist if I needed a doctor at the surgery or a podiatrist. It turns out I need a podiatrist.

From the friendly greeting upon arrival to my Doctor taking the time to ask lots of questions and making me feel heard, the service was great.

Friendly reception, thorough caring doctors who discussed care options, did not feel rushed or left with questions as we have elsewhere.

We were new to the clinic and everyone was very welcoming. The doctor we saw was lovely, listened to our concerns and was very helpful. Highly recommend

I am a long term patient here and value the surgery very highly. I saw a GP Registrar this time, who was lovely, instead of my usual GP, but I feel I wasted my time today.

From the moment I stepped into the surgery as a new patient, until the time I stepped out, the surgery offered efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful and welcoming staff. It is particularly warming to see smiling friendly faces at Reception as you walk through the door. This includes all team members. A very clean environment.
I totally recommend this practice.

An awesome surgery that also bulk bills pensioners I see Dr Heather Brand but all the other doctors I have seen there have been good and the nursing staff & receptionists are friendly and helpful

The ladies I dealt with from the initial phone call to my checking in and out were friendly, professional and accommodating. I saw Dr. Jessica Price who was very attentive and I felt very happy with her. I also attended the amazing treatment room and was treated by a very friendly Nurse whose name I unfortunately did not get but from what I saw, all the Nurses were very friendly and attentive, made you feel very comfortable. As a traveller it is hard to feel comfortable in a Practice that is not familiar. I highly recommend this Practice with no hesitation.

Why are all the reception ladies so rude? Im sorry if you are having a bad day, but its not right to take it out on your patients. Please be considerate as most of the people coming to the surgeries are unwell/overcoming a sickness and being talked to with sharp and rude tone is just going to make it worse. Please be more kind to others.

Amazing I live in Perth now but I trust the doctors here and will only come here they have so much respect and are soooo helpful I love them.
