Offered great rates & bonuses while I was in perth, as soon as I flew to site they tried dropping the pay & removing the bonuses, and when the contract was terminated by them, I went with another company & they didn’t even have to pay for flights & they want to dock my pay for work shirts & a medical.
Worst labourhire company I’ve worked for, and we all know there are plenty of bad ones out there.
Would give zero stars if possible.
Do not touch these scammers with a 20’ pole.
Ignore my warning at your own peril.

I love working at Sure People Solutions, the culture is great, the working hours are flexible and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

These guys are the worst people I work for they charging me for medical that I work at place for 2 weeks should be shut down for doing that never heard any recruitment company do that do not work for these guys

One day their will be a change in the system of all job recruitment agencies.

When a job agency takes your details, such as a mobile number, name, superannuation, tax file number, bank details, tickets/licenses, passport e.t. C.

Job agencies are suppose to give you a job, not to give you nothing and they are suppose to reply to your messages.

90% Job recruitments get paid by the government by taking your details down and say they have found you a job but that is a load of BS……

Their should be a NEW RULE/NEW SYSTEM for all job recruitments:

1) In all the computers of job recruitments that are advertising positions for the employees;

When a job recruitment fails to give a job to the employees, 3 times strike and the alarm of the job recruitments computer goes off. (A trigger security alarm).

They are fired/dismissed for not giving a job to the employees….

To all JOB RECRUITMENTS/JOB AGENCIES:

One day you will know what it feels like when you are not following the law and rights of finding a job for employees that are LOOKING FOR A JOB….

Do what is right for Australian employees…

Fortnightly pay and they work outside the minimum conditions lacking any real disclosure on what award or agreement.
They have consultants that will send you to jobs without any paperwork being produced or signed that means you have no cover if there is a incident
. Avoid.

It’s best not to advertise your company as an “equal opportunity employer” if your going to rudely shut down people for calling to submit resumes

Will lie to you just so they can get you to do the work for them. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend dealing with these leeches.

Would have to be the best labour hire mob in Perth. My dealings with Danny Rattew have always been positive, he puts in that extra effort to ensure that you get the best rates and conditions around, whether in town, Kalgoorlie or other FIFO work. I regularly find that the rates they pay are higher than people doing identical work alongside me for other companies. I send colleagues to see him and they tell me that they have the same experience. Top Marks!
