26 First time in this place. We ordered seafood noddle, fried chicken, and some beef and pork for bbq.
The foods are amazing, we definitely will come back to try another food.
The staffs are so so nice and friendly. Very recommended
So looks can be deceiving. From outside I wasn’t sure my wife had made our choice but once you go inside omg! Cute, clean professional Korean bbq. Servings are large and come out quickly. Seafood soup is awesome with very thick broth. Would definitely come again!
The food is always authentic here. Good place to crave for korean cuisine. Friendly staffs, clean and always busy therefore recommended to book beforehand.
Foods were enjoyable. My go to korean Chinese place that's purely based on close distance to my place.
Seatings were adequate and customer services have been fairly helpful too.
Generous portions especially their hotpot and chicken dishes. Pancake batter was abit stale, dry and thin. Chicken was sweet and flavoursome. Will be back to try their other dishes and their black bean noodles.
Yesterday I had dinner there. All the food I ordered was so delicious. Definitely going back soon!
New found favourite for korean cuisine. Big portions, delicious food, fast serving and lovely service crew. What an enjoyable dinner
My Korean friend recommended me to go here and it was delicious for three of us especially soy garlic chicken. It is one of the best fried chicken I have tasted in my life.

Don't usually find the need to write reviews, but really felt the need to say this.
First of all, customer service was great for us. The lady greeted us with a huge smile and acknowledged us with a 10 mins wait for a table (we didnt have a booking so fair). After we were seated, we ordered immediately as we knew what we wanted, however the food took about 40 mins to arrive (no joke!) we were really tempted to leave but thought about the kind gesture we were served with so we stayed. The food came finally but it just looked off. The kimchi soup we had was not only filled 3/4 And it was salty as. It tasted like it was left boiling for too long so the taste was so condensed and the amount was little. We were so confused and told one of the waitresses and she started questioning us and wasn't apologetic or understanding at all. We ended up telling her to dilute it a little with some hot water. Hot water Took another 10 mins to come too. It was quite busy but wouldn’t say it was packed bc the tables beside us were free.
We’ve been here a couple times and have always left with smiles and happy bellies but this time made us really disappointed and frustrated. So hope this is just a once off thing!
They seemed to be understaffed and we waited very long for our food to arrive. And the waitress doesn’t know where the food is going to.
Especially disappointed in the seafood silky tofu spicy soup. I won’t be coming here again.
5 star customer service and generous serving size. We loved the Glutinous rice sweet and sour pork as well as the black bean sauce with chopped vegetables dry noodles. If you have a big group better book in advance.

There are some points to be corrected.
There were three people sitting at our table, including me, and no one heard your staff say sorry to us. We ordered exactly jjamppong, red chilli jjamppong, jajangmyeon, seafood pancake, and 3 cans of soft drinks, and seafood pancake was not available so we cancelled it.
When I went to pay, the staff said 68.x x dollars including the jjamppong that had the hair, and " I " said I cannot pay for it because we rarely ate it, NOT YOUR STAFF! Another waitress came to help and took out the price of jjamppong from my bill and said sorry with a "SMILE" for the FIRST time.
You might think I'm picky, but I am not.
There was no toilet paper in the women's toilet, when your staff asked me to use a hand papertowel, I didn't say much. (Another staff brought it from the men's toilet)
When your staff served my soup and her both thumbs were in the soup, I didn't say anything to her. If your staff said sorry to us immediately when she found the hair in the soup, I wouldn't have written this kind of review.also your reply made me really upset, so frustrating.
Luckily I still have the receipt, so I can prove I am not a liar.haha.as per the attached receipt, except for the soup, I paid in full. There was NO FREE FOOD.

I would definitely like to give them '0' star, JUST DISGUSTING, found hair inside the food while eating as per the photo attached, staff never said sorry when they took the bowl from my table. And they charged me the price of the soup! What a joke? ! Will never come back again.
Dear Restaurant owner, Sura is UNDERSTAFFED. YOU need MORE STAFF to provide a better dining experience.
This restaurant is a hit and miss with service and cleanliness. Food is decent.
It depends on who is on shift for that day.
Some days, the customer service is fantastic, you would have all your cutlery, side dishes and a jug of water to start the meal.
On other days, staff have no clue what's happening, no eye contact and no idea what's on the menu.
Other than that, we have been a supportive loyal customer since they've opened but the inconsistency in service for the past year speaks volumes.
One star for decent food.
Another star for the one or two hardworking staff that do a fantastic job.
This place is quite affordable and the food is great aswell as the atmosphere. The store may sometimes be a little dirty but besides that wonderful food and nice portions.will come again.
Called them to get a table and they told me they are full, they opened at 12pm and I called at 12pm and they told me they are full. The way the waitress spoke to me is very rude, I asked what can I do to eat there because I used to love going to sura and she just said oh nothing, because we don't have tables. It is not like I'm calling at a late time I'm calling at the time they open and she told me they don't have tables. I guess they are just really full but I would appreciate it if she can be a little bit more nice and not rude thanks.
Authentic and delicious, really enjoyed our meal. Staff were great and offered fantastic service. Definitely be going back.
Read the reviews about poor service (no greeting, slow food, etc.) and did not experience this at all.
When we walked through the doors, we were greeted out loud even by servers at the top of the stairs.
Had our orders taken by a friendly server and food was served in about 10 minutes.
Food was good (could nitpick a bit - not enough beef in the potato noodles and the fried chicken wasn't crunchy, but flavours were solid) and portions were BIG.
Price was fair, for the amount of food that was served. Spent about $45 for 2 dishes, but ended up taking away for next day's lunch.
The restaurant itself was pretty spacious and more importantly, clean.
All in all, would rate this place 4.5 stars but I'll be nice and round it up to 5.)
Foods were average, been to better ones around. Bbq was bland. Service looked lazy. We ordered little in the beginning then we wanted to add more dishes, but server told us kitchen closed. Everywhere else I’ve been they tell customers when it’s last order
Poor poor service. Lacking of service. Kept trying to get their attention, not sure was it on purpose not too see you. It wasn't that busy.
Can't have the option of having both korean BBQ and hotpot. We had to give up one. What's the point of a korean restaurant when you can't get their specialty. Reason was due to the table only able to connect to one of the walls and the other was too far away. Hello, get an extension cord please. Or reconfigure your set up somehow.
When ask for water at the end the guy said oh your table it booked and will be occupied in 10min, as he replied rudely. Thanks for the heads-up and no water served as a result of that. Could still give us a bottle of water before leaving.
Not a recommended place for a gathering over 5 ppl.
