Interesting restaurant with very nice staff and good service. The food was very tasty and well priced and we will definitely be back.

Changed the name to Papa … don’t remember. But I ordered Japchae and got a soupy watery mess. It was so bland. I then told the waiter/manager that it was not the same as I normally order - then he dismissed it and said it’s the more traditional way of cooking it. It was nothing like Japchae. So disappointed. I miss the old Sura! Won’t be back.

This place used to be called Sura about 2-3 years ago and the food was amazing, however I came here for the first time since then this week and the quality of the food has significantly declined since the change of owners. The sign on the outside of the restaurant is now Papa's something.

I ordered the B set which came with assorted cuts of pork, lettuce, sides, dipping sauce, rice and kimchi stew for $69.95. For some reason it took 30 mins to give us literally RAW INGREDIENTS? Looked into the kitchen to see the chef vaping while cooking which could be considered a food and health safety issue. What came was 4-5 pieces of lettuce, 2 different cuts of meat with 1/4 of the plate filled with vegetables and a kimchi stew that was horrendous by far the worst kimchi stew i've ever had its like they mixed gochujang and water and called it a stew. I had to ask for the dipping sauces as if it wasn't already going to be brought out. And on the side about all the workers were gathered around one table eating fried chicken instead of serving customers.

Overall I would never come here again take your business elsewhere this place is not worth it. If i could give this place 0 stars I would.

Ate here multiple times during 2020-2021 and the food was always good. However I recently went back this year and found the standard of their food seems to have dropped drastically.
The kimchi pancake was too thick and soggy, not like the crispy one they used to make. The beef in the galbitang was extremely tough and chewy, it was so difficult to eat and painful to swallow.
Around the same time we arrived, another disgruntled customer had left after taking a few bites of his meal as it was not up to scratch either. I have given feedback to the staff so hopefully things improve, but we will probably not go back for a long time.

This place is getting worse, worse and now the worst. One year ago food was so delight and service was perfect. But today we went there and service was really bad. The waiter who served us was so rude. When my 8 moths old made some noises he was lookling at us angrily. And grabbed our some cups without asking. Spicy pork was not tasty at all no veggies just pork which is very bad. And fried rice was teh worst. Won't go there again.

This place offers great specials such as the Wayu package, buy one get one free. The quality of the meat is exceptional including the condiments that come with the Korean BBQ packages. The staff is friendly and provide good service. However the place, tables, chairs and menus have been badly worn out and need an update.

Had lunch & ordered 2 BBq dish with chili chicken stir fry. Yummy.enjoyed our meal. Super filling. All that came to $64+. Old rutique place with ample space!

Great food with large portions and very reasonable prices. There are multiple stores but found this one in Northbridge to be the best.

Service was very average. The beef bulgogi was mostly veggies and little beef, the Korean noodle was pretty good tho. Place itself was bright and inviting. Hope service and dishes will improve over time since location is good with easy parking

It was not bad. Jajangmyeon has good wok smell but the pork was a bit smelly. Did not eat after one piece.
Jjamppong was bland for me. Not salty, spicy enough. If I try next time, I will order spicy one

The hot foods is alright however the raw beef quality was horrible so I took it home and cook it myself

Very generous portion sizes, staff were friendly, restaurant was clean. Only bad thing I have to say is that some of our chicken was burnt, but other than that, everything was good.

The food is alright. The staff didnt seem very interested in us when we sat down and waited to be served. Had to press the bell multiple times before they even acknowledged we were there and took our order. I understand they were busy, however they did not even look at us to confirm they have heard us and will come. So instead, they went to serve the table who pressed the bell last. I dont think that system works very well.

Food was mediocre, even the traditional dish - Korean black bean noodle jajung myun. I have had better elsewhere. The hot pot was ok.the broth wasn’t very flavoursome, and felt watered down. I think the place has gone downhill. Overall it was an OK experience for me.

We stopped going at the beginning of the year as it had changed, but decided to try again with some friends.
Good to see it has gone back to what it was, nice food, friendly staff and good prices.

The bbq stuff wasn't so cheap, but the stew pot was massive and yummy.we had a kimchi pancake also which was really good

This seems like an authentic style Korean place, but it's hard for me to judge the food as it's the first time I've had it. The staff were very welcoming but just assumed we knew what options we had (Hot pot, BBQ or standard dishes).

Visited here 3 weeks ago. When we just arrived at the restaurant, the stuff told us the korean bbq is not available and this was not mentioned when we made the reservation via phone, that made us feel so mad and disappointed. As we come here for bbq so my friends and I tried to call other korean bbq nearby, but unfortunately they’re all full. We had no choice so we sat down and order.

We ordered the beef kimchi soup, beef is fine but for the kimchi, it’s a complete bunch of kimchi in the soup, they provide the scissors then you can cut it yourself. It’s $42 with no steam rices included, it’s expensive compare to other korean bbq.

The seafood pancake supposed to be thin and crunchy, but theirs is too thick and stale.

Such a bad experience.

The tray Jjajangmyeon here was the worst in my life. Other foods weren't good either. I don't want to visit this place again.

This restaurant is a must visit. The customer service and atmosphere wasn't the best but we've enjoyed they food. It was so delicious. We'll visit again soon. Thank you

Sadly the quality has dropped ordered the spicy squid portion size is fine but the sauce and the amount of veg Nd complexity of the dish used to be amazing. Sadly won't be going back
