4 Myself & my wife walked into this sup place to stock up while in Hedland only to find that the young lad that works there was absolutely rude & arrogant when we asked him a few questions and help with what we need.
Basically old mate sat behind the counter, would not get off the chair to give us advice more, so for my wife while I notice he was playing games on his phone and I said excuse me any chance are getting a can of energy drink behind the counter his reply was you got two legs get it yourself I’m not excuse me
This guy needs a reality check and I’m sure the owner wouldn’t be too impressed very bad reputation from what I’ve been told highly recommend people bring your stuff up from Perth or order online
I came four times and twice the man opened the store very late and twice when I was able to enter the store the man didn't really want to answer the questions and the answers were short.
Change the job if it doesn't suit you.
Very poor customer service, the young guy behind the counter was not interested at all to sell me anything, he was barely answering my questions and looking me in the face, not even a hello or thank you when I bought some product, he was too busy to look at the screen on the computer.
Your lack of interest and poor customer service when people go to you for help and advice. You shouldn't even be working in the industry mate. I heard how you spoke to a bloke that was there to clearly start his fitness journey. You are what's wrong with the industry these days
