Well i tried to get my supplements delivered to my House and the website was charging me extra, even when is suppost to be free when you expend more than $100, so i had to come to the local Store, they didn't even sell one of their products they offer on their website so i only take one of the protein i was needing and hoping to get with the Brand gift (they were offering gift) they run out so i ask if i can grab one of the Store one they say no (only for people Who spend $100 or more) totally stupid, idk why they have the Store if they're not gonna offer the same items than the website or even respect the discounts or gift that the website offers

Small branch of Supplement Mart but Mitchell was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He ordered a product for me from the head office and got it deliver to the PERTH CBD branch, since I am based in the city. I will be definitely buying from them again. Thank you.

The only supp mart that didn’t accept to give me the 10% discount for having a membership with snap fitness, had to carry my protein all over the city because they didn’t have any bags left.

Didnt have the stock of what I was looking for but I tried some new things and I am pretty happy with the help I got from the staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Shocking customer service, made the mistake of asking if a particular item was in stock. Not sure if the guy behind the desk was having a bad day, but he couldn't have been more arrogant / pretentious if he tried. Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else / online. Will certainly be avoiding this place in future and encourage anyone else to do the same. Not worth the grief of visiting.

Rang up to see if a product was stocked. The lady sounded grumpy and seemed very unwilling to assist my query. Lacks in friendly customer service. Why work in a frontline customer service based role if you don't have a friendly attitude?

Generally have a good range, but aren't very friendly which is unfortunate for such a convenient location. I will be going out of my way to go to other stores next time.

Usually nice and friendly, but didn’t want to match their own online price today. It was easier to not shop locally, buy online, save money and get free postage. 3 stars for previous service.

I asked to return a product I bought 30 minutes ago but I was told refund is not allowed. I'm not sure what kind of business this is. I sense a good knowledge in their product but all seems limited.
