Supplement Mart Osborne Park

I went in there today with a reasonable idea on what I wanted and needed, I was looked after by David that works there he explained how the products work and gave me time to have a think about it, he wasn't pushy and after discussing it with him further I was happy with the purchases I made, I'll be back again to stock up when I run out, couldn't recommend his services any higher, cheers

I went into the store to purchase a chocolate milk whey product. I specifically asked for the chocolate flavour whey product. The store representative walked over to the shelve and brought back the item and I paid for it, without knowing I received another whey flavour and left the store. I arrived home and released the flavour I received was not the specific whey product I requested. I try to return the incorrect item back to the store with a receipt and the store refused to exchange the incorrect item. I was advised it was my fault for taking the incorrect item home. I asked to have the manager contact me but the store representative advised me there is nothing they can do and the manager won’t contact me. This is a cowardly act and the store is very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism this store showed me. Poor service

Didn't grab his name but he had an accent and on the tall side. Very knowledgeable, insightful and happy to spend some time sharing his knowledge. Overall great experience. 5/5 would interact again.

Prices are competitive, deliveries always speedy. Can sit at my desk and wait for it to come to me - Don't have to run around on my break / day off to get my supps.

Shopped here for around 4 years now. The staff are always very helpful, and not pushy. Get to know them pretty well and can always talk about training and supplements knowing the staff will provide some good answers. Prices are competitive and they match prices when they can.

Excellent customer service! A first timer with a million questions and they helped greatly! Never felt rushed like the guys at the Supp Shop in Osbourn Park! Thanks for your help guys! Will definitely be a regular at your store from now on!
