The customer service is below average.

The only thing you guys know how to sell properly is the Precision Mass. Hold your horses, You guys are pushing it too hard on the customer for them to buy that product.

Product range can be improved.

Considering you have a competitor next door, the customer experience should be centred around providing the best value for your customers. Which is definately lacking here.

Read that again

Focus on providing the best value for the customers. A customer walking out of your store should be satisfied that they have been looked after and they won't be able to find better value elsewhere.

The girl that was there knew the products. Didn't force the sale which i liked. Had everything that i wanted.

Friendly staff. Usually buy my stuff but needed to go in store to get immediate restocking on my supplements. Good range, open and clean area.

A big shout out to Mitch, who was awesome and very helpful but not pushy. Definitely knew his stuff. A great variety of products, clean store, with great prices and great customer service. Would definitely recommend this store.

Big shoutout to the assistant who was working on Sunday 1/11/20. Took the time out to help and explain some confusing aspects of building muscle. Thank you my partner now understands me more when I talk about calories and macros.

Best deals on supplements and friendly staff. Doesn’t bother you to buy unnecessary stuff unless needed.

I had a really great customer service experience here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a good supplement shop in the area. The guy who served me was genuine and friendly, I knew what I wanted but he still discussed alternatives and gave good reasoning for a potential change up.

He wasn't pushy about it and didn't say it was good "just because" as you sometimes get at other shops.

Great product range with almost everything you could want in a body building store, friendly and knowledgeable staff that are experienced body builders and passionate about what they do. Highly recommend this range of stores!

Didnt give me 10% discount which I am entitled to get from Jetts Membership. The guy at service desk also didn't want to give me free samples. After asking for samples he gave me only One Alpha Amino sample and said I should get only one; not very friendly.
I was their regular customer, but now really disappointed.

I ordered one product online on 7 July and it was delivered to my office the next afternoon with a free shaker, magazine, t-shirt and four sample supplements. I bought the product based on the amazing price, but the quick delivery time and freebies give this experience 12/10.
