Usually the staff was really nice. We always went to this shop, and the staff knew we are member of goodlife and always give us a goodie bag; either bottle shake or samples of any new flavours of the new proteins. We also a member of this shop. Today we went to this shop, the guy that working, not nice. I was casually asking why we didn’t get goodie bag or bottle shakes like usual, as today we spent $189. He was asking to verify our goodlife membership, even tho we are member in this shop. He can absolutely look at our membership, and see our history of purchase, and see that we are goodlife member. And he was asking me back that why i raised my voice and stated that he wasn’t work for me. What attitude is that? Not happy. Not gonna come back. Not gonna recommend to any of my buddy’s gym. Period.
It has really great products, prices are a little higher but still around the same range, great customer service, the staff really know their products and can help you with all your needs. All in all, great store for supplements and close to my gym. Cheer.
The guy who served me was beyond arrogant. He was very pushy with trying to upsell and did not make me feel welcome at all.
Called the product I was buying a wanky American brand.
Wouldn't accept my discount code and told me I had to spend $200 when it is actually $150 to get 10% off.
Argued and spoke over the top of me, bad customer service.
