Superstock is the best food service company I've ever used in all my years of business. From the customer service to the extra care taken by the drivers when delivering. I would recommend anyone looking for a 5 star reputable company to try Superstock!

SuperStock love to self-promote as a “family business” and a “Proud pillar in the community “however, when one of their drivers smashed their truck into the back our vehicle at an intersection, instead of stepping up and taking accountability to fix the incident, we were met with nothing but disdain from their management. In the end my family was left struggling for several weeks without a vehicle (including kids having to walk to school in the rain, which SuperStock was aware of) and finically out of pocket as we had to make alternative arrangements. My wife has also since developed extreme anxiety when driving near large trucks, so this incident has left us with a long-lasting impact on my family… Probably not the impact in the community they are aiming for, but their lack of Corporate social responsibility to minimise damage and disruption caused by their operational incompetence inflicted to members of the community is disappointing. Get some empathy and fix the problems your business cause next time instead of expecting “insurance” to cover everything because it doesn’t.

This company is the best in Perth. When ordering became tough Adrian and the staff were there to help. They always had our back. We love dealing with them and will continue to do business I hope for years to come. Keep the great work.

Worst place. Owners and general manager are rude, greedy and have no idea how to treat people. Avoid like the plague.

Not reliable. We supposed to receive our order around 9: 30 this morning, it’s two o’clock not here yet. The big problem is we called them 6 or 7 times and they say the driver is on the way. We could manage to buy some chips from shopping centre if they didn’t lie to us. We had to reject many customers and cancel some deliveries. Superstock is not reliable.

Using all Resturant items from Superstock more then a year now Never disappointed. Service is friendly at counter. Delivery always on time and carefully keeps items in storage.
