SuperPharmacy - Perth

After years of using them.
They have now decided not to sell/stock at least 2 of my standard prescriptions. These are drugs prescribed my my GP. Not specialist yet, they now do not stock them. This is not what a pharmacy is suppose to do. By the way i been on the drugs for over 30yrs and had been buying from them for over 4 yrs.

Came in here for the first time today and a lovely lady naned Janette helped me. I usually go to chemist warehouse for my miscellaneous pharmacy needs but will definitely be back here after the service today. Thank you for all of your help Janette, it was a pleasure meeting you and you were wonderful

After years of using this pharmacy as a family, averaging $150 + per month. I requested they Webster pack my 91 year old mother’s medications and were informed that they only do it for people living in North Perth. So much for the way they treat loyal customers.

Awful and shocking service after many years of going here. Fobbed off by an underdog and then told by the pharmacist they were too busy to help me. OMG. Went to chemist warehouse and was treated better. DO NOT GO HERE. Nasty People.

Yet again I’m just in awe of the fantastic service from you guys! Ordered my prescription stuff on Wednesday and it was delivered Friday to my house in Busselton! Great service and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Even better, I saved $40 on 4 scripts, didn’t need to leave the house and the packaging was all recyclable. There just is no downside to dealing with you, thanks so much!

Friendly, helpful staff is what will keep me returning to this pharmacy. Made a phone enquiry first of all and spoke to the most helpful Irish lady, only to call back again the following day to have some items put on hold and spoke to another helpful staff member, Perri, who even offered to have them delivered to me. I chose to go in store to collect my items and felt very comfortable as all staff were very welcoming.

Flawless experience. My first time experience with SuperPharmacy - I ordered online, was notified the order was packed the same day and waiting for pickup, next day was advised the parcel was on it's way and next day it was delivered.

Super friendly staff. I ordered online and paid via Lattitude Pay but the order was lost in the system, due to Lattitude Pay page, so when I called to query this the staff quickly found my order and had someone deliver it to my door in less than an hour. I was so happy to receive my order It was dealt with very professionally and with an awesome friendly attitude. Thanks guys, I'll be ordering from here all the time.

Neda and the team at Super Pharmacy North Perth are knowledgeable and attentive. Their care is unlike any other I've experienced.

Thank you to the beautiful staff members at this shop? I called up last weekend looking for Eucerin Ointment which has stupidly been taken away by the Company Beyesdorf in Sydney NSW and these girls at Super Pharmacy actually had 3 tubes available for me to and I was able to call up this week and pay for them over the phone and have them posted which I got them all this morning,

I want to thank the Girls for their wonderful help they were so helpful and respectful and caring towards us over the phone if we lived in western Australia I think this would be our GP to chemist. Thank you so very much again ️

Have been going to this pharmacy for some time as prices are great. It's an all woman show and you can cut through the stress that the staff are under owing to the management.
Sadly I don't think I will be returning here after disgusting service from the owner/manager/, largish woman who didn't seem to like me paying cash. I dont recommend anyone supporting this awful pharmacy. Pay a bit more and go elsewhere. Very disappointed!

Been coming to this pharmacy for a while and up until now have been relatively satisfied. Until now. I visited the store earlier in the week and was appalled with the service. Specifically by the woman taking payment. There were several people in the pharmacy and I witnessed this employee offer the same sub standard service to each of the customers she dealt with. I am not able to identify her directly however I can describe her as a larger woman with short blonde hair.
To be frank, I was disgusted with her
Demeanour. I even witnessed her rolling her eyes at customers. Not only have you lost me as a customer, you have lost my parents and anyone else i know.
I was promised affordable pricing as well as great service. I get better service at Chemist Warehouse, but I prefer to support local businesses.
VERY DISAPPOINTING! I won't be coming back!
