My partner went here today to pick up simple cold and flu tablets and was met by a rude male pharmacist who told her, no he can just take panadol.
Thanks for the advise Doc! But that doesn't cut it. Do your job, and dispense over the counter drugs like you're asked to. Went elsewhere with no problems.

I'm a local and frequently come to this chemist, and have always found them helpful and informative, good to have good advice just down the road, thankyou staff

I can be a tough customer at times but this pharmacy in particular Chelsea and ollie are the most fantastic and efficient people that anyone could want they find a ssolution

These guys are a major part of my "health team".
They have supported me emotionally as well as with my general chemist needs.
I chose them after doing local research on the cost of a non-pbs script, and these guys won, hands down.
They know my name. They know my conditions. They care about my welfare.

Dispensed eye drops instead or ear drops with no consultation.
Refused to refund my money once I highlighted the mistake.

Terrible service today. We were encouraged leave our scripts and to use the ‘app’ to re order when our prescription medication was low. Twice now we have had an issue with this. Today I ordered my husbands medication that is a 10mg dose. They dispensed my medication (which happens to be the same name but a different dose) of 40mg.
I later questioned this error and was told ‘it would be helpful if your husband knew who’s medication he was picking up’! Rude, but worse than rude.dangerous and someone doesn’t take responsibility for their actions….

Brain dead staff - went to pickup a "click and collect" delivery with the email notification including the tracking number plus pension card along with 2 credit cards as ID but without photo id my parcel release was refused. What has happened to plain common sense these days! 50 km round trip: (

I was served by a lady called Rachel today who wasn’t very friendly or helpful, she couldn’t be bothered helping, when I asked her a question she showed me that she got annoyed and didn’t really provide an answer to help me, she wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. I saw her serving other customers and had the same attitude

Good prices but always seems to close before the stated closing time on the door which is very annoying.
