The lady Pharmacists on this afternoon Sunday 22/05 time 3.30pm, such a rude/arrogant individual, Superchem needs to train this staff, better customer services skills, never will visit this outlet again

Superchem Bertram has the best service always quick on my scrips by the young lady pharmacist and for a 15 year old working there he’s pretty good. Would be my new go to chemist

Went to go buy baby formula at 7: 45pm when store closes at 8pm. All doors were shut, I tried calling the store waiting outside and no answer. I had to drive to another Superchem 10 minutes down the road. Lucky Kwinana were more then happy to let me in even a couple minutes passed 8.

Love the service provided here by the regular pharmacist. Always friendly and helpful, I don’t go in unless she’s there with those two wonderful assistants Candace and Tash

I recently moved to Bertram and had to have my scripts sent to the pharmacy. But when I arrived I was told doctor hadn't sent them yet. Thankfully the female pharmacist called the doctor herself and within half an hour I had my scripts filled. I will be sure to be coming back thanks to her.

Wonderful service from the girls here, including the pharmacist. Personally I've never heard her swear at any customers or abuse her staff.

Fantastic service from the young lady pharmacist very empathetic and understanding all my family have moved from other chemists to bertram since her service is so good she has great interaction with my grandparents they even bought her a cake due to her great service and all the help she ha done in the last 3 yrs l. I dont have a bad word to say about that pharmacist she is very over worked at times and still is great with her customer service

The pharmacists here always lose our scripts and refuse to sell us our medications even when we show them the bottle or box with no.of repeats left and with their store indicated in the tabs they themselves put there. It has happened multiple times and my husband had to take a leave just to get new scripts from his doctor. Some of them are really rude.

Young female pharmacist refused me service because I had an 'attitude' when requesting cold medication for my husband. I specifically requested pseudoephedrine as phenylephrine does not work well as a mucolytic in my medical experience. She asked me normal questions but judged me instantly with a look of doubt on her face through the whole thing.
She didn't even take my license to check if I had purchased any recently.
She then refused to give me her name and went behind the counter ignoring me completely.
I was so embarrassed as I was merely doing the right thing getting medication for my sick husband who responsibly stayed home in this time of coronavirus.

I did get a hold of the call centre where a very friendly person understood my situation and that I was quite upset with what had happened. She put me on to the Superchem in Kwinana where there was a lovely pharmacist and his assistant who helped me out straight away.

Overall I would not go back to this branch as I've had problems in the past. And I am only hopeful that something was said to this young lady who should not judge people outright.

Good prices, good service and well stocked compared to other pharmacies during these covid times. Thanks staff for your help during this period we are all so grateful

Would have to be one of the worst retailers for customer care and service. My paperwork was lost by the young female pharmacist. When I enquired about it I was told that she would look into it and get back to me.this never happened and again I had to chase them up. Still to this day have not heard back, Ive given up with them. No apology for what happened. I had to go back to my doctor and get paperwork redone and lodge at another pharmacist that actually does care about customers!
Absolutely the worst chemist in Perth!

I've been going here for years to support my local pharmacy, always friendly and helpful pharmacists. I just had to review after seeing all these negative reviews about pricing and price matching, come on people they're locally owned and run, they're not a super competitive pharmacy chain so please consider before being so harsh!

Going there for last 3 years. But pharmacist was very rude last visit. Said 'no' without even looking at us and could have asked to come later. But no more to this pharmacy. Always want to support local but sorry not this one again.

Bertram superchem a white lady has very bad customer skill. I saw aptamil gold 3+ special on the catalog, l wanted to buy some for my child in stock. I know the policy two-tin baby formula limit. I bought two on Monday, the next day I went there. The white lady said I couldn't buy more, cos I bought yesterday. What's the policy in the superchem? So the customer can't buy formula in the following day. Not only your superchem sell the formula, won't go there anymore.

This place used to be awesome, but since the change of staff the service is lacking big time. It's not friendly and the wait time could be cut down If they actually cared about serving customers.
