Best prices, knowledgeable staff and so helpful. The absolute gentleman salesperson helped us fit new wiper blades as it was rather tricky, and the shop only charged a few dollars for fitting. I will be back and would highly recommend.

Decent store last time I went they had just redone the lighting and boy was it bright but always seem to have the stock you need in actual stock.

Overall a pleasant experience, good range of mid quality tools, staff were attentive and knew their stock

I've always had great help everytime I've been there. If you do have to wait, it's worth the wait. I went in yesterday afternoon to get new headlights & the older lady (unsure of her name, sadly. Very short, dark hair), was immediately very helpful. And the young guy that put them in for me- Brock? , Was wonderful too. I didn't even have to wait too long, but he was very apologetic- People just need to learn patience, but it was still nice to hear anyway. Customer service is SO hard & unappreciated. Well done!

Go in to buy an battery and get it fitted and they tell you they are unavailable to install it for 2 hours due to lunch bad service

Rude older lady at the cashier. Won't ever step foot in the rockingham store. Probably any of them especially after how much I have spent there. Better off at repco or auto bahn.

My husband had a horrible experience trying to buy a torque wrench from your shop. The older looking lady was extremely rude and impatient. I feel sorry for your younger staff who have to learn from her. Safe to say we will be trying other shops elsewhere in the future.
