Helpful staff and huge range in stock I’ve always found the staff very helpful and if they don’t have an answer they get another staff member to help. Great range of products in stock and as the name suggests, great prices especially when they have a club member sale!

No mate, I like to personally thank customer service staff. However, the attitude does show how this service centre has fallen from the friendly shop it used to be

The guy at the front who thinks He is funny makes lots of problems with lack of experience and none-stop talking! That is a shame, One super-cheap is like Osborn Park with friendly staff and another one like Hell!
Never go back there again

I ordered online and picked up my order which was fine, but when I left there was a truck blocking the exit to the car park unloading things for supercheap auto. I waited more than 5 mins and then talked to them and they told me to reverse out of the one way car park and driveway which was quite long. Too bad if someone chose that moment to drive in. In the end that's what I had to do, but fortunately it worked out. One other customer was trying to get out who was annoyed too.

If your looking for car accessories this is the place to go.
They stock anything from Spray cans of paint, degreaser etc, items for batteries such as battery boxes, Jump start leads, battery cleaners etc. They have a great variety of seat covers and windscreen sun screens. The car washing products are comprehensive. Supercheap offer membership credits on purchasing products and have sales fairly often.
The staff are friendly and very helpful. Access and parking is easy.

Lovely staff and always helpful when needed, this store is always busy but staff will always try their best to get to you. Came in yesterday to replace my wiper blades, guy named john politely told me it will be a 5 min wait as he was still servicing someone on the bay. Came home with my new wiper blades, and tips and advice from John! Thank you so much great stuff guys

Went in to get some replacement globes. Friendly staff organised for someone to fit them for me

When pulling into the service bay an asian guy put his hand up and aggressively barked JUST WAIT. That is not acceptable in how he treats customers.

Turns out his name is John and he is the manager.

Supercheap auto is great, but avoid this branch. I’ll follow this up with their HQ after I write this review.

Great service, friendly staff, very helpful, store abit dusty. But other wise prices good. Very affordable. I'd recommend going there for friendly service with a smile!

I drove 30 mins to this store to have a light bulb replaced in my headlight. The guy at counter said maybe they can do it later in the day. I asked if it could be done sooner the reply was staff are too busy. I said I drove a fair way & needed it done asap as the vehicle just sold. He asked his boss who said we can't its raining. I replied its a light drizzle & you have an under cover shelter. Excuse after excuse. The bulb eventually got replaced purely from my persistence & pleading. $10 for 5 mins work plus the bulb.

I recently bought & had roof racks installed by Jeff. He did an excellent job, extremely conscientious and professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. He was well supported by Ella, who has lovely customer service skills. Much appreciated, thank you!
