Supercheap Auto Mirrabooka

I always stop myself to give 1 star reviews because i say to myself maybe they had bad day or customers before me give them hard time but for this Supercheap store in Mirrabooka i have to give them 0 but i don't have the options for it.i went there today to buy globe for my car i give my car details he said go at the front i bring you one, 1 min later he gave me wrong one i said its not this one he said oh big shortage in WA ok if you don't have right one why do you give me wrong one whyyyy? Because 10 min left to Close the shop, but this is not end last week i went there for another part the lady said we don't sell this, i went to malaga and they had it,! Seems like people shouldn't trust this Supercheap because if they don't have it the give you something else or if they tired the simply say shortage in Wa or give you wrong one. I don't know who manage the store or hire such low IQ stuff feel sorry for you guys with such bad customers service.

Came in to get some batteries checked.
The young lad David assisted in bringing them in and testing them. After working out that both were dead he took them out back for recycling and jumped onto the computer to find replacements. When none of that type were supplied by Supercheap he wrote down the specific information and dimensions of the battery and gave me suggestions as to where to find them.
Great service by all the staff.

Wanted a touch up paint made up on Sunday afternoon. Was told they wouldn’t be able to make the paint up today because they were short staffed, i was happy to wait and there were two staff members at the counter and no other customers waiting. A little disappointing as Supercheap has always been my go to.

The girl like who cares.thanks to the guy behind the tills, at least treated like a human being so I didn’t regret being there! 3 star only for that person, otherwise it would get just a star! Not excusable!

From the time I walked into the store to the moment I left with the new wheel covers - the service I received was impeccable.
Daniel was knowledgeable, professional and so pleasant to deal with - thank you for going that extra mile to do your job well!

Poor customer service by female staff, they need to do some retraining on customer service skills, miserable, lazy, can't be bothered attitude, I ended up going to another retailer.

The 2 females from Mirrabooka store today were so very helpful. Thank you ladies.

Just want to say a very big thank you to Dan and all the gang at supercheap Mirrabooka for their amazing efforts with my numberplate hassles last week. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot stress enough how handy and helpful these guys are. Thanks again!

Great service when you can find someone to assist you. Quick at ordering parts and always the service of installing all consumable parts.

We knew what we wanted, a roof rack & cage $850. No problem? We weren't in a hurry for installation. The young lady who was serving us, knew her products, but was ill-equipped to confirm installation, relying on staff turning up & weather?
We didn't feel confident so left and went and found one elsewhere.

Not happy with the guy at the counter because I purchased some hub caps and knew the size of my tyres already but he told me to double check as he had the hub caps so I told him the size and he said it's won't be long as he is serving a customer which is fair enough but then make me wait as he carries on serving the next few customers knowing that he should have served me as soon as he was done with that customer as I was waiting

Went in to get a new brake light for my wifes car, the guys there were quite informative and even installed the part for a small fee, tbh i know it wouldn't of been hard to do it myself but for them to offer and get it all out of the way in less than 10 minutes was just peace of mind also found black gloves that fit my squid game costume very well.

Both times I've been here the staff have been super helpful! I went in to get a headlight globe and the gentleman looked up my car and told me which one I needed. Unfortunately because it was raining they couldn't change the globe for me which was fine. A few days later I attempted to change the globe myself with no success because the globe was incorrect (not the fault of staff, my car is just different to what most of my models have). Went back and they refunded the globes, helped me find the right one and because it wasn't raining they fitted it for me for a small fee

There team is great always know how to help you out. There are two handsome young fellas who are very knowledgeable about there cars highly recommended!

So approached a gentleman about a specific globe for my brake light supplied him with the make, model and year of my vehicle. He then provided the globes and advised it was the correct one, he then went on to mention tthat they don't install in the rain and it would cost $10 to fit one bulb or $15 to fit both. Already I thought wow.drove home attempted to fit the globe about several times both sides which then the bulb fell out down the side of the inside of the car where it isn't reachable (my arm is full of marks and scratches) so drove back to then find out that he provided us with the wrong globe and had to pay again. He stated it was a customer's fault for not putting the packet on the right hook! Not happy and not professional!

Got wipers and petrol cap and cellphone holder through click and collect, because you can put your rego into order it gives you an exact match, great app and easy pick up

Great service from the mirrabooka staff.had my battery installed so i didnt have to worry about that.cheers

Really friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find and good parking. A short walk from Mirrabooka bus port as well.
