Absolutely disgusting how they speak to their customers and how upper management treats its workers infront of customers. I received a call from a manager there complaining to me for putting in a complaint, dumb ***** clearly doesn't understand its meant to be the other way around

Went in to fix my broken windshield wipers & had amazing service, so friendly too. He took my broken wiper out for me so I could go & buy a new one next door & then they replaced it for free in 10 minutes, thank you very much!

Two very good recent experiences from this store that also reflect the businesses standards, and accuracy of their online system.

Jaqueline, was fantastic, we placed a 'click and collect' order, upon collection we decided to have the wipers fitted. Jaqueline asked for our vehicles registration (to ensure correct parts ordered fit) thereby realising we were given the incorrect product, too easy, she fixed.no stress!
Jacqueline, was very happy and obliging, she replaced the wipers on Nissan with absolutely no fuss! Joked around, better someone else break the car than me.great service, and worth the $5.00 to have experienced team member fit!
Also, worth noting there is a store closer to where I live (5 minutes away), just based on the service received from Jacqueline today, this is our 'go to' store in the future.we are more than happy to to go out of our way for better service.

Staff are friendly and helpful, the store was laid out nicely and products easy to find. Their club is also good to join as if the price of something you purchase within the last few weeks drops they offer you a store credit of the difference.

Supercheap Cockburn has the best customer service especially the guy with the ponytail who served me. Super polite, helpful and patience and very knowledgeable! This is something you cannot get from the other store especially Midland and Cannington! Stay away from Midland store at all cost!

Over the many times I’ve been here Chris has always provided the best service and advice! Will definitely continue to come because of this

Went in Thursday 16/06 was served by Jessica, absolutely amazing human working there she was very informative and helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. Well done. Great store will definitely go back as long as team members are like her and the others that were on that shift will keep going to supercheap.

Some stocks are for special order. So, you may not find it. Always call them or check their website before visiting.

The ugly:
They moderated my review on a product, and not allowing me to resubmit it either. The same product now has 5 star review from another purchase. Not sure how they could submit it but I can’t. No matter how much I tried, the website declines it.

Wonderful service. Although they couldn't help me with what I needed (to no fault of theirs) they were still friendly and helpful.

I really like the assistant manager here, he makes a great Arcane mage. Best arcane blasts in the business, maybe would do a bit more damage with WF totem and maybe the mage trinket? 6/5.
