Excellent service no pushy sales people. Products all available that I needed and at a discounted price which was cheaper than I expected to pay. I located 2 of the 4 items that I wanted and then had a sales person appear who assisted me with Products suitable which also were at a price I wanted to pay and didn't expect to get.

The new store manager there is the rudest person I’ve ever come across! Has no clue about cars and speaks down to women like we don’t know what were talking about! I told him I needed a certain type of oil for my car and he laughed in my face and told me I was wrong! Not to mention he smelt like dirty cigarettes… and wouldn’t stop getting so close to me. I’ll be reporting this to a higher office because I’ve never felt so uncomfortable

Tried to buy 250ml of paint and the only had 50ml containers due to lack of proper stocking. They wouldn’t sell me 5 x 50ml for the same price. Excuse was manager wouldn’t like if I did that. What’s happened to logic and customer service?

I cannot believe how the.service in the shop has gone backwards there just no one around any more

The staff helped find the correct battery and installed it well. They gave the correct instructions after too.

I tried calling 4 times in a row no answer, again the next day and again a week later no pickup. My experience in store after attempting these calls was awful, no one helped me properly and when I got the manager for help it was poor effort. The manager was very rude and knew nothing about my problem. Dont waste money here!

It's good shop with a easy layout of shelving just needs an item scanner for customers

Have had two great experiences at this store. Jade the manger leads a fantastic team. As a woman and with little to no car knowledge going into shops like this can be intimidating and daunting, and I have been ripped off in the past by other businesses but not here, they are so helpful and nice and don’t make you feel like an idiot for not knowing stuff. I recommend everyone to go here.

Very efficient, we ordered via click and collect while travelling to Bunbury and picked our irder up when we got there

Visited Bunbury store today & whilst we didn't find what we were looking for, hubby misplaced his wallet. Hadn't realised this until we were at another store. Quick phone call and the staff, they had a look but couldn't find it. We then turned our car upside down getting ready to stop cards etc 10 mins after our call we received a call, hubby's wallet was found in store, with cards & cash untouched. Thank you so much to all the staff who hunted for us. Appreciate your great customer service. We will have a great new year now, hope you all do too.

Bought a K&N air filter from here, staff were super friendly and answerd a few questions I had about the product.
Installed it later and it works like an absolute charm! Cheaper than the brand website and overall a great experience!

Got wot I wanted with minimal fuss.
Paid for the stuff and left.
Fair prices. Staff will assist if you ask em
