Supercheap Auto Baldivis

On 3 occasions I have received credit because an item I purchased has gone sale for a lower price, highly recommend the service too.

Odd staff but good service, treated like a thief and given great service in my weekend gardening gear, also on entering, triggered female staff members hit the Customary PA ' security to section C, on the clock every time.
Wear my nurses' gear, and they leave you alone, no PA announcement. Never judge a book by its cover Ladies and Gentleman Supervisor.
Truly awful individuals by thos behaviour

Recently I made a purchase online and had an issue with delivery/click and collect. Second time I rang to sort the issue out, I spoke to Ethan. He was so helpful and pleasant and sorted everything out. Thank you Ethan.

Great products, good prices but stock should be placed where customers are likely to be looking.e. G.battery boxes.

The fuses that I was wanting were out of stock, the shop assistant was helpful and looked up the nearest Supercheap store (Rockingham) and told me they had six in stock at that store.

Outstanding customer service provided by the staff and the store manager. They went beyond and above to ensure I was looked after and resolved my issues promptly. Provided frank suggestions on the products. Great store in Baldivis!

Great service from the staff, nothing was too much trouble, click and collect order was hassle free and they also price matched another item. Great all-round experience.
