Tried to find a 4 litre Caltex TTS 1 oil thats currently being advertised at $70 instead of the regular price of $140 only to find not only does my local shop not have any but the entire state of WA apparently doesnt have any in stock.this smells of shonky advertising if a marked catalog price and item cant be sourced in the entire state on the first day of sale. Only "supercheap" when items on sale. Nothing "cheap" here. If you follow the catalog specials then item are "cheap" otherwise not really.

So grateful to the awesome staff at Supacheap Auto, Albany WA. They helped me solve problems, find products and they noted price point savings to try to help me access items within my budget. Best experience possible. Special shout out to Scott!

Supercheap Albany is awesome and Scott in particular is so incredibly friendly and helpful. Needed my car battery replaced which proved to be difficult due to some of the existing fittings and tight space but Scott got it sorted! This guy is a legend! Thanks again so much Scott, really appreciated your patience and humour!

Super amazing service at Supercheap Auto. Jeff was one of the most helpful staff members I have met. Went to the Albany store yesterday to get some help with a headlight. The whole experience was just awesome and especially Jeff going the extra mile to help me out with a big smile. Thank you for your assistance.

Bloody hopeless store how long do you have to wait for service, just keep chatting at the cashier's desk, don't go out of your way to help anyone

Albany store, female shop assistant advises unable to assist to put steering wheel cover on, not a "service they provide" impossible to get on, probably the most unhelpful store I've visited this year. Eventually a decent assistant in midland store helped without issue. Honestly some people, wasting all that good oxygen.

Friendly staff, great prices. They will help you find what you want and if yhey don't have it, they'll point you to a shop that does.

Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend their paint mixing service as the paint always matches fairly well and is good for little touch up jobs.

Increased variety inc 4wd gear.including those orange plastic ramps for when they accidentally go off road and get bogged on the beach and the tide is getting closer and the battery is flat so the electric windows wont go down and all there is available to break the glass is a plastic mug which doesnt work so they drown

Very little staff during interior change over, waited instore 25min asked 2 staff members for assistance 1 left and went to help someone else and didnt come back and the other didnt have keys to the locked cabinet. Have missed a $400+ purchase. Will purchase this time and in future elsewhere.
