Wow, what a friendly store the Lady who helped me was very knowledgeable, and was good to speak to someone who was not condescending and wanted to help you. I might not know much about cars she was very helpful and whn I asked her for her opinion she said that this would be the best for what I wanted and would last longer and be very good value for money. Now that's what service should be and always be keep up and will be back time a time again thank you.

A few weeks ago i went to buy a spark plug for my car. Upon arrival, I presented them with the old spark plug, instructing them to provide the appropriate replacement. They asked for all my vehicle information to find the correct product. Regrettably, it appears that they erred in their selection, leading to a replacement of engine damage due to their carelessness. The picture with one spark plug was the old plug i had. It's so frustrating that the employees are unable to provide the right product even after showing them a sample.

Unfortunately Malaga did not have what I wanted but Morley did.thanks to the young lady in Malaga.and young lady in Morley.

The whole team went above and beyond to help us, sure the part was ready for pick up on arrival, however the technical issue my friend had with his payment system was a HF, the whole team pulled together to resolve it and we could walk away a pair of happy little vegemite's.

My shopping location is in mirrabooka n I spend about 2 months looking for parts for my car, order online, returned several time because it does not fit even though it stated as fit. This young lady, Hannah served me when she helped me on the spot, being having a keen observing mind, she noticed the difference n advice me n help me search for the exact right parts. What a relief. Shapes do matters! Tq.great staff n great stuff n great discount.

I am happy to continue to use the store as I am getting older and the staff are always happy to help getting my purchases out to the car

I went there buy sandpaper the price see the picture you will understand. When the drop the price down and when you go to pay the charge you full amount and sometime you don’t know Becz You’re busy just pay pass n go c30 nothing

The reason for me to give 10 points to the malaga shop is that, there is a person working there by the name 'Brent'. He is an asset to the shop. He is so friendly and knowledgeable, he went out of the way and solved my car wipers problem. Nowadays it is very rare to find an employee like him.

A very lovely girl Michelle, helped fixed my globes - she was absolutely polished with her work - quite a fiddly job but she did the work with determination, patience and a beautiful smile! Well-done Michelle - I was very satisfied with her customer service. There was another rep who helped out as well - a budding mechanic in the making. Thank you both!

Very rude staff here in Malaga.
Not 1 or 2 times but the 3rd time same experience. Rude staff and always look annoyed if you ask for help. On the other hand Mirabooka store has some really good quality service. Would rather drive another 5 mins and shop from Mirabooka

Great store excellent customer service. These guys didn't have the right battery for my sent me to Battery world. I also needed new wipers, Matt sorts me out, this guy hasn't had a chance to down his coffee yet! Does the job, tells me how much my wipers will cost first then job done. Thank you Matt.

Is it because it's a Sunday that it's an excuse for poor service? Waited for one staff who was sitting and chatting away with what appeared to be a customer. Went to the front counter and asked for assistance as what I needed was locked in a display case, he radioed the guy for assistance. I went back again, he was still chatting away, saw me there, continued chatting about how "the car looks sick on Instagram". A quick "I'll be with you as soon as I'm done" or anything. Too busy have a good yarn with now seemed like a good mate. Thanks but after waiting for ages I just took my business to another store.

Always come across something cool and useful in this place. Seen liquid paint get mixed & transfered to a spray paint was interesting and colour match was spot on

Terrible customer service. The older male store assistant doesnt seem to understand what a queue is. Was standing at the click and collect station for 10 minutes before he finally acknowledged me. Despite the customer telling him i was next in line he chose to serve her first before acknowledging me. Eventually another attendant came and helped me out. Took 1 minute to hand over my goods. Stick to balcatta. Lesson learnt.

It was a joke went to purchase a socket set and the boxes on the shelf are ovesly empty because of theives took it to the counter scanned it took my money and gave me my receipt and empty box and said have a nice day. I thort what with my empty $125 dollar box.told him it was empty so he goes to the cupboard to get this item then comes back to tell me there is none left what a joke.
