All good very friendly to shop. Have good specials with lots of items at a very good price.

Came in to get some trailer cable. Stood around after asking 5 times for someone to please assist with cutting 2m of cable. Worst customer service ive ever been given. Will not be returning to this store. I'll go to auto one morley. At least the customer service is good quality there

This is the second time I used uber's 20% discount. I showed my qr code, but they refused to scan it. They only said that they had already used uber's discount for me, but it was obviously not 20%. I checked again and Again, but they were still unwilling to scan it. I have already shopped twice and have the same situation. If you are not willing to use discounts for customers, then don’t cooperate with uber to launch discounts.

Manager is very very rude, looked down at customers. Higher authority shall really have a look into management performance review as i have seen a few terrible reviews about this certain manager and i do not blame them.

Great car accessories and tool shop. Staff are always lovely and helpful.

Bought something recently from BCF. It was delivered with some sort of gift card. Looks like a prepaid voucher but it's actually a prompt to get you to buy a gift card for BCF, Rebel Sports, Supercheap Auto or Macpac.

What an absolutely predatory way of marketing. Disgusting.

THE STORE MANAGER IS #UCKED

You give the customer the benefit of the doubt after seeing the faulty product and has nothing to do with the minimal packaging being ripped off by a customer, considering that you could of put a claim through for damaged stock or maybe that was too much work for the manager to do!

Popped in there had to get a few things for the car being a woman it was a lot easier to have good stuff to help me

Some characters in this place but couple of the inexperince/unmotivated staff drop it down to a 3er. Good price on my tool kit. Need to restock hammers

Very helpful and knowledgeable.
They found a compatible hardwired charger after making sure it fit the camera and have ordered the back camera in for me.
Reasonable pricing and helped me with a card for someone to professionally fit it for me.

Whenever i buy something online from Supercheap auto it always gets delivered quickly or is prepared for click and collect quickly. Customer service is always friendly.

Rude staff specially girl at checkout her attitude is really rude and its not first time I will never go there again

I went to the Morley store Friday. I always purchase from them as they are 2 min away.they always smile when they sell you something. But omg don't try and get warranty on anything. They say words like we don't cover battery warranties here. I said so you don't honor the 36 month warranty that you say it has on the day I bought it. Then they reluctantly take it battery for testing. Consumer affairs here I come.

This place is appalling. Non of their staff actually have knowledge of their products or they are too lazy to actually move an inch from behind the counter. The women there all seem to be so resentful of their jobs and ready for confrontation if you ask them a question that requires them to exert any effort.

I wouldn't go back to this store if my life depended on it! I only went there because it was on the way, but Autobarn, Repco, all are worth a drive in future because their attitude is as if they're giving things away for free but in fact the only cheap thing about Super Cheap Auto is their staff.

Very bad customer service. Behaviour of the store manager was very bad. Would not recommend this store.
You should put the name of the store- very very cheap and poor not supercheap.
Give the good customer service training to your staff.

What an absolute waste of my time
Went to Morley store to get some parts for my car, knew exactly what I needed, easy in and out right? Well not exactly. I was served by a person who obviously is suffering from a small man syndrome and fits all stereotypes of someone not being suited for a job, after a short exchange of "ideas" I left empty handed. If Supercheap was just a "new kid on the streets" I would understand the lack of respect for customers and enthusiasm to propel, but being a public listed company there is no excuse. Needless to say if you need spare parts for your vehicle there are few better alternatives
