Supercheap Auto

I just wanna personally thank Wayne from Supa Cheap in Gosnells - I'm not a mechanically minded person, nor have I ever had much to do with cars etc, and I was struggling to strap my battery down (no idea) and put terminal covers on - he helped me when he had a free moment, showed me how to do it and had a friendly chat - alleviated a whole bunch of my stress and honestly assisted me more than he'll know.

It was a day of restricted services as they were very short-staffed. The manager made an exception for me and fitted my windscreen wipers himself. I was very appreciative of this service as I had driven especially to this store to support a local business. Thank you.

When confronted he could not speak but hide his head in shame because he knows deep down he is a pathological Liar!

Accidentally bought the wrong battery for my car and the team was really helpful in exchanging it. Even gave a good price for the upgrade when the one I wanted for the exchange wasn't available. Legends!

Had a fantastic experience at this store just before Christmas. Will come again. Steve, your customer service is A1.

The best super cheap I ever been to. The staff are very helpful and manages the enquiries very well. Unlike the neighbouring Supercheap (Cannington the worst) they look after you with respect. 10 stars.

Exceptional service and knowledge from the gentleman with the glasses, Steven I believe his name was. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I grabbed the right items. He didn’t try and sell me the most expensive items, he sold me the right items for what I needed.
10/10.

Not too bad, some specials depending what you are looking for, prices reasonable, would recommend for car, bus 4 wheel drive accessories, prices are reasonable.

Always a good experience. Staff go above and beyond to maintain a high level of service. Stock levels are good, and the range is decent for the size of store

The bulb in my car's headlight was not working. Went to this auto super cheap. Probably wasn't a busy time but within 5 minutes of arriving, the super friendly and helpful staff member had replaced it for me. Very happy with the service provided.

But the staff found it or it was handed back to them.

Bought an item and asked for fitting service. It was busy and I was told I need to wait for 40mins. I told them that it's ok, as I can come back in half an hour. After 30mins, I return but was told I can't get anyone to help me to fit the item. They asked me to come back the next day and I left angrily. YOU SHOULD DO WHAT YOU SAID TO CUSTOMER, THAT IS REAL INTEGRITY ISSUE YOU HAVE THERE!

Staff very helpfull diabolical car park drivers parking behind you hard to get out didnt have parts i rrquired did offer to get them in but i needed them then

Great place, staff are the best here, they know where every item is and if it's not there they tell you how to get it it.
