Take extra care when you are shopping here. They put the same brand of instant coffees with different taste in a separate stand and put up a 50% discount label. After you query why they charge you the full price, they will say only strong cappuccinos are at discount. If normal ones are not on sales, why you move them from the shelf and put them together with discounted ones? You won’t win customers by cheating.

Got served by the most rudest employee Viresh. Will never go back. Never in my life have I had service that bad.

This one of the best IGAs. Especially if you like bbq the have lots of rubs, smoking wood, coals and cuts of meat.

I’m finding a lot of the “fresh” produce here that is not cheap - starting to look a bit dated.
Staff are always friendly, shop is clean.

Workers here are not racist, they are very friendly and helpful. The hot food section is a little bit lacking. They only have one workers doing too much for one person giving them very little time to smile and or serve hungry customers.

Basically the workers at the hot food section is under tremendous amount of stress working all alone doing too much for one person to do.

Says open to 11pm. Go in at 8pm just to buy deli items I saw earlier in the week - and get told deli closes at 7pm. No signs anywhere to advise of this. Sure not a big deal - but bloody annoying when driven 30 minutes out of my way to get there. Give your customers some common courtesy and put sigh up! It’s not hard!

My elderly mum fell while at the checkout (not the stores fault) and the staff and manager were so good they helped her up and helped her put her groceries through. They offer to help when she goes shopping by helping her get her things she needs. Prices are better than at Coles and no empty shelves and customer service is very good and mile's better than Coles (I worked at Coles).

7 till 11,7 days a week. Awesome selection of products. This is my favorite store in Perth. Even better now with their price matching!

Supa IGA is a good alternative to the busier Coles at Waterford. The fruit and veg could be better but the prices can be good and the deli and cheese section is top notch. I also like that they stock Catalano's fish products which are much higher quality than the other supermarkets'.

Like most IGA's, it's too expensive to do a full shop.
This IGA used to have a great butcher and deli section but that is longer the case and is just a standard iga

IGA Waterford has an impressive Deli at the back of the store. Gourmet snags - marinated chicken.all that type of stuff. It all looks delicious. On Sunday morning i grabbed 4 chicken and chive sausages for my wife and i to enjoy for breakfast. They tasted a little funny and by late afternoon we were both.not well. My second experience of not feeling well after consuming IGA deli food. At $24+ per kilo or $2 each i'd hoped they would at least not make us sick. Thats it for me and IGA now. Just after hours fully sealed stuff from now on thanks.

I go to this IGA in the afternoon and there was an excellent cashier named Brandon who really made my day. He should definitely get a massive raise because he deserves it.

Only one staff on checkout, over 10 people waiting before calling for other staff. No self serve checkouts either. Need more checkout staff. One checkout open at 10: 30am is not acceptable.
Over a 15 minute wait to buy four things.

This place has compulsory bag checking.
Does not offer cash out on weekends and be careful of the cooked food.
IGA Karawara uses the expired and rotten meat to be served as meals for the customers.

I just went to my local Supa IGA in Waterford which I boycotted for the last 6 months due to them selling off meat.
I went to purchase some extra beef cheeks as they are on special but pointed out the mistake 2 - 3 days ago that the price per kg was higher than the advertised price and they haven't fixed it plus it is actually more expensive
($19.99 per kg) than the original price ($13.00 + $5.00 = $18.00) that they are advertising it as a saving from.
The 25% off is correct if the price was $20 per kg but the advertisement says it was $18 and now $5 less per kilogram yet I suspect $19.99 per kg was the correct previous price.
Still good value but I do wonder how many people have grabbed them without checking that they're getting the actual discount and are paying an extra $6.99 per kilogram compared to the large advertised saving.
When I actually went through the checkout it was lucky that I checked my receipt as another item was charged as twice as much as what it was marked down from but I believe that was an honest mistake.
