SUPA IGA

We just purchased the pork crackle meal with rice and veggies and found foreign matter in it. A cardboard label that read: wash before use. Very poor food handling skills for this to happen. Also please stop putting food from the day before out again. We are all a little over getting food that’s obviously not sold the day before. Maybe a report to the health department is necessary?

Where to start. The worst shop I've ever been in. The manager is an extremely rude & rascist individual that follows people of colour.
I was a regular customer unfortunately, since 2018, and the manager and staff would follow me. I shopped there for many years and their behaviour never changes.
I was pointed at and followed by the manager the other day and that was it for me personally.
So I won't be back. Which they won't care either way.
I've worked in retail and management for over 10 years.
That's saying something regarding this terrible establishment.

I recommend NEVER SHOPPING HERE. EVER.
DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT. Disgusting prices and their customer service is the worst I've seen.
I'm a retail store manager and your values and ethos are flawed.

Just like your disrespectful management.

The best iga ever I love this place is clean and good food staff is friendly and the price is fare with quality I used to live in lord Street but now I move to ardross I still stop over there and get what I need I love it keep in good work guys

The staff here is so rude. Misunderstanding about the item I held and thought I’m a thief even the item wasn't from their store, the way he communicate with me was so rude super rude! And don't even said sorry to me for that misunderstanding. There are so many way to communicate with customer without being rude to them. I want to give 0 star If I can do that.

Honestly just the worst experience i’ve had going into a supermarket.don’t like the management.

The red baskets that you carry food around in are so dirty i carry stuff by hand and the staff are just standing around leaning, chatting and folded arms.customer service skills are non existent and dirty looks are free till 7pm:) usually has 3 homeless people covering all entry points to this over priced hovel.shame on IGA as a franchise to have seemingly no idea how bad this store is despite great location and vastly better IGAs in Beaufort st.

2 girls at the smoke counter Monday 6th March 5pm.too busy talking between themselves about their life problems. Did get a hello. Worst customer service from both of them. Very unhelpful.

You know when you start to feel bad for the people that work there because the manager is horrible. Well that is this place. The Manager has zero interpersonal skills and would have to be the cheapest (the bad type) going around. Do yourself a favor staff and find yourself a better job.

Just ordered 1.5x 6 packs water, white bread, and a tube of condensed milk. I ordered it thru DoorDash. And I only received 3 bottles of water and the condensed milk was missing? Which I asked the DoorDash guy he was like this is what the girl at IGA gave him. I’m so unhappy

I visit here quite often. Parking is provided and readily available during most days with free 45 minutes ticket parking. You practically can find almost 99% necessary items that you need in this shop. However, special mention for their ready made cold and hot lunches. Ranging from asian food, burger, chips, pasta, wraps, rolls, salad and fruit salad. You can also have some bakery items as well. Price is reasonable and you are spoiled for choices. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Place is lively and have a good foot traffic.

It's not as good as a Coles.but a neat tucked away food Iga is always a handy place to go for your grocery needs.

Can you please at least check your stock everyday. Went to do food shopping tonight, Vegetables were not fresh so didn't get any, my daughter bought some raspberries, my fault didn't check it before pay for it, this is what the raspberries look like when we got home trying to make dessert with it.

Bad and rude customer service.
There is one cashier with nose ring and blond hair is very rude to customer.she doesn’t give me not a single smile and I give cash to her on hand then she put my change on table. She didn’t even help me put stuff in bag just stand there look at me how to pack.

I had politely enquired about two items as they were showing a different price on the shelves so they sent a colleague to check. A girl with red hair and black glasses comes back and processes the cashback with a dismissive and rude attitude because I had simply misunderstood something. I understand it was the end of the shift, but if she's not cut out to deal with customers without an attitude and grumpy looking face she should simply get another job.

Superb takeaway meals and rolls and a great price. This is a great IGA for when you need a ready made lunch/dinner

I came here this afternoon and purchased some bread, fruit, cheese and what I thought was a hot cooked chicken. On closer inspection the chicken had obviously been sitting in the warmer for a long time and had turned into what I can only describe as a dried out shrunken quail. It literally had no moisture left in it. There was no time written on the bag either so my guess it was sitting there dehydrating for hours. Shop was clean and staff were friendly. But man that was the worst cooked chicken I have ever bought in my life.

Amazing to shop in and the savings are great. The ready to eat food is ExTra. Come lunch time the selection is always mouth watering

Whomever is making the lunches (sausage rolls, fried rice etc) is doing an excellent job. Always tasty and we'll presented!

Great hot food choices. Good layout. Clean. Very lovely staff member on check out. Probably the best service I've had in supermarkets in Perth.

Love this store, always freshly made meals ready to go, on weekends it smells amazingly like breakfast foods that can also be purchased. The produce is always competitively priced with a good variety
