Love the new store layout with the new fridges. The fresh food is fresh and a good range of food items available. I just made a comment to a store person on the floor that the pull around red shopping baskets are disgustingly filthy and a quick spray with a power washer would do the job. Her reply was “yeah we know”. Not the reply I expected! A quick peruse of the internet tells me there are cleanliness standards which should be followed.

Way too expensive to shop here.it was expensive before but the cost of the new fridges has well and truly been passed onto shopper. It is convenient-
but the cost of that convenience is too high. Will travel to Woolies Waikiki in future for larger shops.

Visited this store to buy some cooked food and the lovely person named Jaden or Jade at Coolongup store was just amazing. She was friendly very helpful and with a smile. She definitely is an asset to your store. Hope she can get a raise. I will surely recommend this place and ask my friends & family to see Jaden / Jade for great customer experience. Thanks

Overpriced & they sell foods with a best before that go off the next day a lot you should really be selling more fresh produce or reduce the products that go off the next day like majority of it.

Great necessity shops. Not the cheapest but the freshness and quality makes it a valued shop around the local area

In general the staff are very nice and helpful, unfortunately I can't say the same about their meat section. Not once, but on many occasions I have had to return their meat, due to the fact of incorrect use by dates. Chicken I have taken back so many times as I will be taking back again today. Have only to be told it will be looked into, obviously it wasn't.

The store has been here over 30 years and it's had many names once even had a petrol station on it. Staff are always happy and there's a decent range of goods here some that are a little hard to find in other stores, they now even have a cafe that opens up at like 6am

The deli service is the slowest I've ever experienced in my life. What a shame considering the food so is yummy and fresh.

Always clean and tidy, staff are always polite and shelves are always well stocked. The deli always has fresh well priced lunch meats with a good variety to choose from.

I bought a bacon and egg toasted sandwich from the Deli and it honestly is not worth the money spent on it. The egg was hard yellow like it had been left out, the bread dry and hard - this was really poor quality food and when I rang to complain about the sandwich I was basically told that I don't know what I am talking about their food is always fresh - will not be buying food from the deli again, very disappointing.

Beetroot and goat cheese bowl. SO good.
This is my 2nd visit. A better alternative to take-out.
My 1st visit here I was blown away by the varieties of stock. Friendly service from the deli department and hot pies etc.
Go and visit.

This is a very nice store, very clean and well laid out
We really like the deli department, always great cold meat and recently we tried there pre cooked meals.
I have to confess, my expectation was low when i purchased the roast dinner.
However it was amazing beautifully cooked, very tasty and reasonably priced
this store offers some greats surprises when you look

Love shopping at iga cooloongup, the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Today, I was looking for gluten free crispbreads, when a staff member asked me if I needed help, she then took me straight to them and saved me so much searching. Always a pleasant experience at the checkout. Will always be shopping here. Thank you.

5/JUN/2021 The checkout manager with short dark hair and glasses.

Early in the evening, around 5: 00 pm, I came in with 50 x 20c pieces equaling $10.00 and 16 x 50c pieces equaling $8.00.

Before I went into the store to pick up the things I needed, I stopped in at the lotto counter. (I knew that giving a bag of change to a checkout operator would fluster the rhythm of service. Especially if the operator wasn't confident with math or you suddenly got very busy.) The lovely young lad in the lotto area knew what I was on about and went to check with you.

You rather crossly said, "we don't change money. " The young lad came back knowing I'd seen and heard the exchange and said, "You can still pay with the change at the checkout. " And I could see on his face that he knew it was the wrong decision. I explained again that I was trying to make it less drama for when I come through to pay with change. You said no again and shook your head.

I went and did my shopping, came through the register, and handed the lady my bags of change, which flustered her because you were busy and counted wrong. (I knew what was there because if you have to scrape your piggy bank to go and buy essentials, you better believe you've tallied every bean correctly.)

As soon as you realized she had to count my money again, you left your checkout, huffed your way over, and angrily took over the count. Saying to me, "this is why we don't take change on a Saturday night; it's too busy. "

I replied nicely to the checkout operator that I was "sorry, I had tried to change it at the lotto counter first, but your manager said no. "

The checkout operator suggested that you go back to your register because the line had now backed up again. The manager crossly replied, "No, they can all wait for this lady now. "

I said nothing in return and benignly smiled while waiting; you see, I had tried to avoid this exact situation. I knew all the money was there; in fact, I was given change after the third recount.

It wasn't on me to own the scolding and anger you gave out; that all belongs to you. Trying to deflect it and make other customers angry with me for waiting is abhorrent and bullying behaviour. Check the cameras.

Go with God; I hope you find peace for whatever personal crisis you're currently experiencing.
