Sunset Rent a Car

I booked a Camry for 2 weeks, but had to cancel the reservation, they said they could give me some credit but got charged in full for the reservation. So it’s not very clearly stated nowhere neither on their website or app what’s exactly t&c for a cancellation.

The best car hire company we have used, the service from Matt was outstanding and hiring and returning the car was so easy and convenient. Will definitely be using Solvcar again and recommending to family and friends. Thanks Matt for such an outstanding service.

Used a couple of times now and this is how renting a car should be. No queues, no pointless paperwork, no hassles and no compromises. … not sure why other rental companies are still making it hard on their customers.

Highly recommend SolvCar car hire in Scarborough. Needed a car unexpectedly and had a good range to choose from. Matt was very helpful with getting started on how to use app. New concept but once set up easy to use. Car was very clean and no issues. Will use SolvCar again.

Have rented twice now from Sunset Rent a Car. The latest was a Hyundai Tucson for 2 weeks in Perth. Cost was comparable to other companies but the personal service with good communication, drop off and pick up being as hassle free as possible makes this family owned company stick out from the rest. Fantastic service from the Sunset Rent a Car team. We travelled to WA with all six of our kids. The airport meet up made life so easy: the staff person who met us kerbside even helped us install all our kid seats — a definite help coming off an early morning flight with little ones.

Pick up and return could not have been easier, and the car was in great shape!

Fantastic Service! We hired a family car from Sunset on Scarborough Beach Rd. They couldn't have been more helpful. They have the one-to-one customer care of a smaller business and the efficiency of a larger business- which makes for a perfect combination! I would really recommend using them!

Met us at the airport with the car. Fantastic value for money rental. No issues or unexpected charges when we returned the Car. Overall a far superior service than that offered by the big chains. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

I Have been using Sunset Rent a car for the last few years and i would never go to any other car rental company. The Customer service is outstanding and the quality of cars is wonderful. Being able to have a brand new car was great! The Hyandai Tucson would be a car i would buy!
