3Disappointing. Not as advertised. Oven didn't work, the place was filthy and the shower was filled with grime that hasn't been cleaned in a while. Most of the housekeeping is required to be done by the guests. The cleaners basically only mop the floor and change the linen.
Very grubby and poorly maintained. Sound proofing between units ineffective. Cold (dirty) concrete floors with no mats. Only 2 towels for a 9 night stay. Had to wash our own sheets in the filthy communal laundry once we discovered that it was placed inconveniently upstairs.
The attitude of "management " appalling with no interest in helping guests.
Not very clean and the heat did not work for 2 weeks of our 4 week stay. They let us check out early, rather than fixing the heat. Good luck to the person that moved in right after us in the middle of winter.
