What a bonus to discover Steve and Donna. Super customer service. Excellent vehicles. Well priced. Even all day Scooters on site which, price wise, absolutely flog the Beam franchise in Broome. If you need to hire a vehicle, do not hesitate to visit Sunrise. Proof once again that the smaller unknown company can outperform the value and service offered by the big boys. Thanks Team. We hired 3 e scooters for 24 hours which was only $50 with a $200 bond which is more then reasonable. The lady we dealt with at the start was friendly and good to deal with. The scooters themselves were great fun and good to get around town and we got to see and do more then just walking when we didn’t want to take our car.

Unfortunately when we went back to extend for another 24 hours the guy we dealt with was rude and unfriendly. At first I thought he was joking with us but he was very serious. It is a shame that this is how our experience with this company ended. When you are in the customer service industry you meet all types of people but at no stage is it acceptable to take out your personal life problems on your customers.

I hope you read this and improve your service moving forward. If you really don’t want to deal with someone politely refuse them service rather then being rude and unhelpful.

Amazing friendly service. Hired a bike an got a flat tire halfway to town. Steve to the rescue and has me back in action in no time. Love dealing with local businesses rather than corporations!

Very friendly staff, car itself was no stress (X-Trail) and rates were competitve.

Very pleased with the service here. They helped us out when our other car didn't eventuate through booking.com (even though we paid in full and had confirmations). The price was pretty reasonable given it was school holidays and there were little to no cars left anywhere in the town. Friendly staff. Friendly dog.

Steve at Sunrise was very helpful and came to pick us up from the hotel.
We hired electric scooters for $50 each and they were the most awesome, fun.
With footpaths all the way around Broome it was super easy to get around and an amazing way to sight see!
The range on the scooters is around 60kms a charge and we used it everywhere and still had plenty of charge left.

Great price and service. It was lovely to be collected at the airport and to be able to get into a cool car. We had booked a baby seat which was connected and already to go. The car was clean and ran very well. I love the casual and friendly service! They even helped out a friend after they were left stranded by their hire company with no fuss at all.

Best prices and service in Broome. Picked up from the airport right on time and when friends we are travelling with were left stranded by their hire car company, Steve immediately jumped in to sort them out with another car. Can't recommend them highly enough, they deserve more than 5 stars!

Fantastic service from a family company. Great car at a competitive price. They even picked us up and took us back to the airport. Manager Zoro was one of the highlights. Would definitely use them again.

Steve makes the business of hiring almost as much fun as driving. We hired an electric scooter. Scooters are a new thing for them and Broome. They are quality electric scooters, good fun and easy to ride. No matter where you’re staying you don’t have to heat up getting back from the beach.

We booked a Fortuner for the Gibb Mountain Bike Challenge and return trip, gorge hopping back to Broome. Steve was wonderful from the first moment we booked and offered a great deal, with extras including a fridge and awning. The fortuner is a great 4WD, very comfortable on the roads of the Kimberley. We highly recommend using Steve and Zorro at Sunrise Car Hire for anyone in Broome.
