I love Sunny Om Yoga! Its the perfect blend of meditation and practice, Sunny makes sure she takes care of each students needs and I really enjoy the crystal bowl meditation at the end. If you're new to yoga its the ideal class to try where you wont feel judged or silly if you cant do the moves. Highly recommend!
