Shannon and the entire team at Sunline gave us the most exceptional level of service. They went far beyond our expectations to assist us with our pool and spa covers. Their technicians are highly skilled and incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend them more highly. Their products are high quality and leading edge but their after sales service is something else! Don’t look any further than this local business!

Nic and his team fully tiled our pool in Amalfi Mosiac tiles. The finished product is excellent and is exactly what we ordered. The guys were always on time clean and polite and worked very hard in some hot conditions.
There workmanship is outstanding.
We are so happy with the outcome, and glad we spent the extra money to have a fully tiled pool.
We certainly recommend Sunline and Amalfi tiles.

A special thanks to the guys from Sunline Australia. There prices were unbeatable. I recon I have the best pool fence in the whole of Perth. What an amazing job. The workmanship is impeccable. I have had a lot of tradesmen at my house with all the renovations but none of them cleaned up after the job the way these guys did. A special thanks to Ernie “The Milkman” and of course a very special thanks to that little English man who has the very best English personality and who can make anyone’s day with his fantastic sense of humour. Martin you really did design us an amazing fence. Photos will follow within the next few weeks once the pool area has been completed. Good product and great service. I had a minor issue 13 months after installation and they came and fixed it within days of me ringing them without question. Definitely recommend.

I just had a blanket box and glass pool fence package deal (my old tubular fence was rusting away) installed by Sunline, from the very beginning they were extremely professional They dealt with everything including liaising with the pavers on installation of the blanket box.
Sunline dealt with my local shire in relation to permits, and removed my old pool fence free of charge.
The new glass fence looks amazing, and I am over the moon with the end result, it has been a complete transformation of our outdoor area.

I am so impressed with the service of sunline. I am very satisfied with the output of their work.

Installed a $30K glass pool fence, sagging with panel heights, panels out of line, gates that would not close due to sagging and thus not pass pool safety inspections, Cheap Chinese stainless steel fixtures that have surface rust and continually come loose, glass panels that are different colours.
Other 1 star reviews are spot on, avoid these clowns.

We have had the best service from these guys. The whole experience of retrofitting a pool blanket box has been exemplary. The guys have shown up on time and are courteous and experienced and the blanket has cut down on our evaporation in a big way. I highly recommend this company and their product.

Communication was a bit hit and miss, but ultimately we're happy with the resolution. Props for acknowledging your communication issues and escalating our warranty claim. That was unexpected and appreciated.

Nicholas and his team at Sunline Australia offer nothing but quality, reliable and affordable workmanship, one that leaves you feeling thankful you trusted them with carrying out your home projects. It started with a recommendation from one of Australias leading pool manufacturing companies to contact Sunline. We contacted them straight away and received a reply back from Nick in minutes. A quote was on my email the next morning with a multitude of options to suit our needs and budget. We were in Perth at the time (live 2.5hours from Perth in regional WA) when Nick offered up his time and expertise to have us come visit the warehouse to look over the products, offer up different options and pretty much being the deciding factor for going ahead with purchasing a pool (which we were quite reluctant to do so at the time). The main reason for the reluctance was the costs associated, the lack of knowledge we had on all the particulars that come with one and the fact we live so far from Perth. Nick eased our nerves and reluctant minds and offered us service and ideas we just couldn’t disavow. Knowing that we lived over 200km away was no issue for Sunline and like most companies I’ve come across in my time, the moment you say how far away you live, the $$$$ increases, Sunlines price was amazing! As our knowledge on pool boxes, glass fencing and pool covers was impaired Nick gave us some great ideas on how to layout/structure our backyard which left us feeling excited about putting in a family pool at our residence in Cunderdin. I had Nic out to quote us for a Glass pool fence for our new swimming pool after Sunline had been recommended to us. The quote came in a little more expensive then another quote we had been given but we decided to go ahead with Sunline and we are over the moon with the finished product - The quality of the workmanship and installation has given us a fantastic finished look.

After working for Sunline for several months in 2017 I can say with certainty that the quality of the products, the structural integrity of the installation system and the customer service post installation is unsatisfactory. The glass panels frequently shatter with temperature changes creating a dangerous environment for children and pets as well as damaging pool filtration systems To keep costs down and save installation time Sunline use the bare minimum amount of grout or concrete for the footings that secure the fence often resulting in the fence falling over or shattering during wind gusts. As someone who takes pride in their profession working for Sunline was a shocking insight into how greedy the management was. Sunline charge the most expensive rates, use dangerous products and are totally negligent on their duty of care to the client. There are several similar businesses in the same area that will provide a better product and better service.

Excellent experience from start to finish with Sunline installing our glass pool fencing. We got three different quotes and went with Sunline after they came recommended by a nearby neighbour and by one of the pool company landscapers. The quotation process was quick and efficient and they were punctual.
Installation went smoothly. No mess left behind. Very happy with the end product. Would recommend Sunline to friends and family.

Got a really good deal with an undergound roller. Probably the most cost effective option available on the market (I did my research). The Sunline guys installed it all too, so was pretty easy from the get go. Really happy with it and haven't had any problems.

I was really pleased with the finished product (Glass fencing). It looks so good. Service, price and quality of workmanship all exceeded our expectations. I was not disappointed.
