Unbelievable service by manager of sunglass Hut myer booragoon, Krish (forgive the spelling if incorrect). After very poor service at the Myer sunglass Hut karrinyup the very same day, the experience at booragoon was a full 180. Excellent knowledge, service and support provided. Will only go here from now on.

Terrible aftercare service and poor attitude!
When i spent $600+ on boxing day 2019 it was all smiles as i bought a dolce gabbana, a versace and tiffany sunglasses.but when i went back for a damaged sunglass of Dolce and gabbana which has the lens peeling (without usage), they did not accept. It is a clear manufacturer defect!
I was overseas through covid and just returned, so went back to sunglass hut to show the manufacture's defect. The manager did not accept why i couldnt come earlier. She even said, its been 4 years! (When it isnt!) I mean, borders were closed for covid and warranty was only 2 years! No exception even when I offered to show my passport showing that I was not in the country!

She first even questioned why its peeling and refused to accept the manufacturer defect. She did not believe that ive never used it, even though the nose silicone pads and handles are so clean and theres no scratches at all. On my face, she said " i dont believe they've not been used but yeah, the lens is peeling but its more than 2 years, i cannot do anything". She was able to find the invoice on their computer record. Sunglasses are in mint condition as they have not been worn, except for the manufacturer defect where the lens is peeling off. Very disappointed in sunglass hut! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ps: The Booragoon manager claims I could have gone to any international sunglass hut, but singapore branch had blatantly refused and said you must go back to the store you bought from.

I made my initial purchase online but the glasses were too small. I was very happy to be able to return them in-store and purchase a new pair. I was so impressed with the attention I received from the customer service team, especially the young lady from Sunglass Hut, Garden City, WA, who helped me narrow down the sunglasses until I found the perfect pair. I don't visit stores very much these days because I find it easier to shop online. However, this experience was very positive & I would suggest that for sunglasses, the best option is to shop in-store. My sincere thanks to the team at Sunglass Hut, Garden City, WA.

I had a great experience at Sunglass Hut Booragoon. The ladies there were extremely helpful, especially Jillie. Jillie went above and beyond to find the perfect pair of sunglasses for me that is within my budget. She knows her stuff and is very generous of her time, which I really appreciate. For my future sunglass purchases, I'd definitely go back to this shop.

The lady who served me (Kelly at Booragoon store) had good experience with eye protection in regards to sun glare & reflection off the ocean, was most helpful. Now have some Good Lenses in Good frames - Maui Jim's have it all, it's the next level from the polarized neoprene wraps i've been wearing for years out on the water, Thank You!

Great range and always helpful staff and informative. Recommend and prices at least a $100 plus cheaper than others plus not Fakes.

Wide range of products but sales person information was not good (I informed them through the sunglasse hut website).
