The Summit Realty South West employs a professional team that makes the selling process less stressful and more straightforward. I had a great experience with Tim Cooper, who sold my house on time and met my expectations. Professional and very speedy sale
Working with Tim and his team was a very brief pleasure.

It was no sooner than just after finalising my decision to undertake the sale of my home than it was already sold! Very calming experience and helped throughout with flexibility and availability along the entire short process.

Simplicity؜ made easier.
After calling about another property that had already been leased, Dairne Smith, suggested another that had just become available. She stuck with me when the old agent made things difficult and gave false information regarding out previous rental. She helped me get the real facts and had our new application approved quickly. She is a no mess, no fuss, "be honest and we'll get along fine" approach to renters. She made the mammoth task of finding a rental in the current market much less daunting and traumatic. As for Summit as an agency, we have found that nothing is too hard and if something needs doing, it's done quickly and efficiently. So, to sum up, if you're a renter who takes care of business, so will Summit! We know as renters, things don't always go to plan, but honesty and integrity go a long way on both sides of the door to a home. When renting, if you treat your rental as your home and take pride in it, Dairne, and the team at Summit, will help you out by being a great management team.
