Sue is a very lovely lady and she made my eyebrows look amazing, I had my eyebrows previously tattooed in the uk because I pretty much didn’t have any due to how bright my hair is naturally, my eyebrows were very small and thin and without eyebrow pencil you wouldn’t be able to see them. When I moved to Australia the 4-6 week healing period was over and I came to sue to touch them up, however I needed another touch up the following 4-6 weeks and I’m currently in the healing period but my eyebrows look amazing and I am very happy with the results. Such a lovely lady, very supportive and understanding. Thank you so much x

Sue is Suepurb! I now have a long term solution to fading brows and the daily struggle to groom them with my 50 something fading eyesight. Comments are that I look younger.so thankful and well worth it. It's not entirely painless but the numbing creams work a treat. Sue is meticulous in her work. I found Sue's business in my local council/suburb facebook page in which she was most popularly recommended. Booking an appointment was as simple as clicking the link on her facebook page and finding a time and day that suited me. I initally booked in for an ombre eyebrow tattoo treatment but after sitting down with Sue to discuss my expectations at my first appointment,
she recommended a tattoo powdered brow as that aligned better with what I wanted - a fuller, natural looking brow. Sue took time to clearly explain both treatments before letting me make the final decision - as Sue is the eyebrow professional I went with her decision and couldnt be happier.

Why I would book with Sue:

1. Sue makes you feel very comfortable in her home studio. As it was cold I was wrapped in blankets while she went to work - I would have fallen asleep if we werent chatting throught the first 3 hour appointment.
She encouraged me to let her know if it was painful at any time and applied more local anaethestic whenever I requested it.

2. Sue would always stop and showed you her progress on your brows and asked as well as took your thoughts into consideration.

3. I appreciated the fact that she used her experience and redirected me to a treatment that would suit me better. My instant impression was that she took pride in her trade and wanted you to get the possible look.

4. Sue effectively communicated the pre-care and aftercare advice necessary to make sure my eyebrows turned out as good as they can.
I was supplied with the aftercare cream and informed about the timeline of healing. If I had any concerns, Sue was accessible by text
to answer any questions I had and always replied promptly.

5. As a healthcare professional I was curious about her infection control standards. After they were explained to me clearly and in-depth, I was very happy for her to proceed with my treatment.
