Lack of communication, rude and disinterested. Felt as though I was treated differently because it was the first time I had been in to do my tax with a professional.

Piss poor service imo.

Will NOT be recommending to anybody I know.

I was told to go online to complete my previous tax returns myself. When completing my online tax return I was asked where I wanted that particular year of tax returns to be paid into, I entered my account details.

Fast forward to getting my return, I was under the impression your payment was already deducted from the amount I received. I then get a call on a Friday at about 3: 00pm telling me I have until close of business to pay before it gets sent to a debt collecting agencie.

When I tried to explain the situation to the incredibly RUDE lady on the phone and tried to explain that I would have the money by Wednesday next week I was told that was 'fine' but to make sure it was paid and then. Come Monday I had been contacted by a debt collecting agency im regards to your office even though I had been in contact with your office and stated I would be paying by Wednesday.

If you don't think that's unprofessional, especially when the account who was working with me told me to go online and do the rest of my returns then that's fine.

The way your staff treated me before, after and during the WHOLE experience was completely unprofessional no matter how you try and spin and blame me for it. You are supposed to be PRFESSIONALS.

As I said in my previous review there will be NO recommendations from Me, my family or friends

We have been working with Mark for years.
