Subway Harrisdale

Place is under new ownership. Rude service and food is kept too long. Felt sick after eating.

Staff were messy and did not care about how the food was prepared and packed.

Pretty sure when we reach home and attempt to eat the subs, we will have more ingredients exploding out of the sub than in the bread

I went to Subway store at @845pm. They said we are closed. Online showed @900pm. Very disappointed.

I am so disappointed with this subway. I sent my son to buy subways, one of those was supposed to be a sea food, I got one bite and wondered why it tasted different, I opened it and I was surprised to see that the see food was no where to be seen, the unmelted cheese which was like a paste. I handed it back, I couldn't stand another bite on it.

Can’t follow simple instructions on Uber orders (can’t answer there phone either) they stuffed up 4 meals.

When you are looking forward to your BLT sub, dont mind the wait. Then it arrives, with no BACON. Thanks subway, the bin loved it

Went to the restaurant to order at 8.05pm and was told today they closed early at the instruction off the owner no signs anyway and there were 5 customers that arrived same time as me and had his kids to get dinner very disappointing will be contacting head office tomorrow

Had to take a point off for service because I ordered ahead with a 12: 05 pick up time. Arrived early so sat down. At just after 12 went to the pick up to find out it had been sitting there ready for a while getting cold. As I was the only person sitting down in full view with no food in front of me a quick order call out would have been better. However take nothing else away the food service atmosphere are all top notch here

Located in the Harrisdale shopping centre. Plenty of parking out front. Limited out door seating as they are geared towards take away.

One of your workers by the name of Thomas had great customer service and treated me with the utter most respect for my religious beliefs. Give this man a pay rise please

*Harris dale* Today I was served by Ruby Lee, I order a 6" sub and I can honestly say I have never tasted a better sub in my life. Fantastic customer service and a friendly personality. As soon as I walked in the store I new I was about to get a fresh sub. Thank you Ruby for the amazing meal.

Very, very good subway. Bread, line, sauces all good. Employees have a good attitude. Only ever problem I've had in the some 20 times I've been there is the cookies were overcooked. Besides that very good subway 5/5 would recommend.

Brilliant hole in the wall style burger joint with absolutely delicious burgers and well seasoned fries. The special burger board is indeed a very special burger.

I absolutely love subway in Harrisdale, the staff are amazing and so friendly, they are willing to go the extra mile in helping you make your sub the best sub you could ever ask for. The vegetables and meats are always fresh and the breads are just amazingly soft and perfectly baked. So the next time you're in the Harrisdale area please don't hesitate to stop in at the Subway Harrisdale store and grab a sub of your choice, no matter which sub you choose, you won't be disappointed

You’ve got excellent staff but the lady who works on monday and friday nights have an exceptional customer service.guess she is the manager. I keep forgetting to bring my subcard and she keeps reminding me everytime i visit. Extremely friendly service. Me and hubby always like to get our subs made from her. We are leaving the area soon and will really miss her and this place.

Poor attitude from the staff member, who seemed more interested in talking to her friend working with her. The food was nice, however this staff member left a bad taste in my mouth.

Walked into Subway Harridale at 8.30am, to get school lunches, there was no bread except a couple of brown! Poor form to say the least.

Service was disgusting. The redhead girl who served us this morning was rude and ignorant with her attitude from start to finish in front of my kids. Won't be returning.
