Subway Burswood

Just my daily reminded corporations suck. Do you have lawyers working on legal ways to make foot long subs shorter than a foot? Pic of my cookie which seems to be packet biscuit size now.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the lady who served me on the 16/08/2023 between 1-1.30pm was absolutely so rude. Refused to put aioli and tomato sauce on my toastie order even though I said I would pay for the extra sauce if only one is included. Apparently head office said people cannot purchase more than one sauce, but I could “apparently have one sauce on one half of the sub/sandwich and the other on the opposite side but not together on the whole sun/sandwich”. Like what, that’s insanity & I almost thought someone was pranking me…. As it sounds completely crazy! She basically couldn’t make my order how I wanted it even though I was willing to pay for the second sauce! So if this is from head office (as she said a couple of times) that’s ridiculous and needs to change, but also this girl needs some customer service skills training because she was very rude! By the way head office a whole sub half made with ham and tomato went in the bin because she refused to put the sauces that I wanted in it, so that was money in the bin when she could have just popped the sauces in and had a happy customer! For reference my child just wanted a ham, cheese, tomato toastie with tomato sauce and garlic aioli, super simple yet I apparently was not allowed to have this order, seriously……!?

I came here because I was hungry and dude just made one of the best Subs Ive ever had in my life

I ask to take the inner bread out, the staff in a rude manner saying this first time people asking for it.

We went this subway ordered a footlong turkey and he puts chicken on it and i said i said turkey not chicken and he got angry threw the bread in the bin and said you are wasting my time another customer said you cant talk to your customer like that and he said do you want me to call the security and i am not serving you we said can we talk to your manager he said my name is jason and i am the manager no wonder subway is loosing their business in australia and soon will be vone shut forever never going to any subway again pathetic customer service should get fired immediately.

Came here on New Year’s Eve, thought it would be a bit of a wait because of the giant line but managed to get served fairly quickly all things considered. Sub was good, keep up the good job.

Don't have any photos for this subway as all of the subway is the same. I ordered the spicy buffalo chicken with toasted rye bread and all the veges. The place is in crown, right next to a maccas so if you feel mixing it up, get a subway, fries and milkshake to complete an unhealthy meal with with a semi healthy food.

Staff were friendly but my god the filling is on the cheap side! I wonder if staff get taught to rip off the typical Aussie by putting 3 spinach leaves on a foot long sub! It’s like as if the less amount of fillings they put on your sub, the more their bonus is.

Come on guys!

I was going to get a sandwich until I saw your teenage employee SITTING on the counter beside the til facing the restaurant, like exactly where you put your sandwich when you go to pay, wearing little tiny exersise shorts. Gross, don't want a side of butt cheek with my sandwich, thanks.maybe consider some training around this? Or provide chairs?

Awesome service especially on a Friday night or should I say morning, thanks to ladies who served me after one too many.

Best subway EVER! The customer service is awesome and food is always great, definitely rate this over any other subway!

Worst Sevice I have ever expererienced in Subway. A Tall guy was very rudely behaving and I did not get veggie pattie in my veggie sub. I never ever recommend this store. Its rubbish!

Yesterday I order about veggi footlong sub around 5: 00 PM and he just prepared the sub without veggi patties. I already told him before I ordered that i need with veggi patties.
He just argued with me that I haven’t told him for veggi patties and he just blame on me.
I am not satisfied with the way they provided the service to the me. This is the second time i found the very worst service from the staff member (man with long hair) of especially this store.

This is the one of the worst subway store of WA.

Miserable staff. No thankyous or any acknowledgement of me being a customer these long haired guys should have a bit more pride in their job. I was in a great mood before I had to interact with these miserable excuses for staff.

NEVER NEVER go there， my husband and his friend had eaten their food， his friend throwed up food and my husband had a fever ， he spend a couple day to become a bit better

Best sub ever! Had a bummer of a evening and to top it off I was hungry. Who knew such energetic and lovely staff could fashion together the one thing I wanted. A delicious sub. Toasted to perfection and made in a polite and timely fashion. Would eat their subs any day of the week.
