14Really disappointed with the service that one of their staff girl (wears spectacles) provided. She shows so much of attitude and talks in bit rough tone.last time I ordered veggie patty sandwich which was so dry with barely any sauce inside.although i asked for 3 different sauces.today, I ordered salad and she just gave me the bowl with no cutlery or napkin.when I asked.she again showed attitude and gave me cutlery. She really needs customer service training.
Very poor service, been disappointed a few times now & the making of the sandwiches is not what you expect. Ordered a delivery for a chicken classic a received it with no chicken at all!
Only one staff member was on at the time and he was so slow doing uber eats order tickets (one pickle, one tomato etc at a time). Had to wait so long to get served because uber orders come before humans who make the effort to turn up, line up and make an effort (sigh). But. Perhaps it was just teething problems again as they are a new store. 2 strikes. Hopefully next time
Very quick service and makes really good Sandwiches? I love to go Subway Brabham when ever I feel to have sandwich…
Worst Subway I have been to, very slow service, bread not fresh, incorrect fillings, no cheese when specifically asked for cheddar. Seems like recurring problems in this Subway.
We ordered online through Uber Eats, and they got the order wrong. I understand that mistakes happen, but considering the other reviews and comments I’ve seen about this store, it seems like mistakes happen a lot. As I have certain food sensitivities, I couldn’t eat it at all. Extremely disappointed. Will never be ordering from here again.
If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Ordered a footlong and received 4 slices of cucumber, 4 slices of tomato, no lettuce, no onion, scraps of capsicum and, no carrot, no cheese and no sauce. Then when I call to complain I’m told by the girl that made it that everything is on there as she remembers doing that order. Sure thing.
I didn’t want to even give it a star but I had to for me to write this comment, very bad customer service. They didn’t get what I wanted I said I wanted a meal but she charged me separately even though I told her multiple times to put it in a meal. At the end I just paid it anyway cause I could not be bothered explaining myself again and again.
Initially I was excited when this subway opened becos it's close by, but seeing the extremely low reviews is quite shocking, but I decided to visit anyway as I was craving for the jaffles. Been here twice. The service I had were both ok, but I hate how they charged me $2.25 for an extra slice of ham. I know nothing is free, but fooking hell. $2.25 FOR ONE SLICE OF HAM? !? ! Seriously? ! It's more than half of the jaffle price! Absolutely ridiculous! I know I should have asked beforehand. NEVER AGAIN! Also, they never toasted the jaffles long enough even though I asked them to toast it longer. Lastly, what's even more ridiculous was how the staff told me only after I paid, that next time I should get a footlong cos it's cheaper. Don't you think it's more ethical to tell me BEFORE I ordered and paid?
Very disappointing Footlong Chicken schnitzel. Bread was over toasted and falling apart. The whole footlong was made upside down (back to training I think) the spinach was all manky and not edible. Staff was slow and not very user friendly. When asking for extra toppings it was frowned upon. If I want more than 5 olives on my lunch I think for $15 I deserve it. All in all I will not be coming back unless I get my money back or a free footlong which I definitely will not get toasted next time.
Ordered our usual steak and melt and BMT in Rye bread for lunch. Have been ordering Subway in different branches for years but this is the first time we’ve encountered over toasted subway bread that is almost inedible. The bread was hard and toasty we had to peel away some of the parts of the bread. Had to take it back to this branch as the quality was unacceptable. No manager around so staff had to make a phone call. They did replace them only to find out it was the same quality as the first ones. Very disappointing experience. Shouldn’t leave new staff to do their work unsupervised.
Would have to be the worst customer service of all subways and I’ve found every subway sucks these days

I personally haven’t had an enjoyable experience at subway brabham and was super happy when i heard it was opening! I’ve been a handful of times but only to give the benefit of the doubt.today my wrap was toasted to a crisp to the point it was crunching holes while wrapping.in front of me a lady was rolling her eyes at the staff due to her speaking and getting no response and as i walked out a gentleman was finishing up his meal while saying to his friends ‘remind me to never come here again’. It’s definitely unfortunate to witness/hear this as paying customer but there is always room for improvement and hope the management incorporates more training with customer service and sandwich making via going to other subways.
