Subway Alexander Heights

I am only giving a one star review to bring your attention to the fact that you have a farmers union Iced coffee on your uber eats menu priced at $126.15. I tried calling the store to let them know but nobody answered. I'm not sure if this is a typo or not but just thought I'd let you know.

Just visit in the evening around 7: 30pm and found that they don't have enough breads, capsicum and avocado. And behaviour of staff is just disrespectful and didn't answer properly. Very bad experience.

As long as I get my ham and turkeys foot long sub the way I like it the way I love it I'm happy

I ordered a steak melt in a wrap with some salad inside it, along with my family who ordered differently. However upon eating it, and 7 hours after, I came across some terrible diarrhea beget by painful stomach cramps for 2 hours. I'm not sure if it was the beef or the salad or the cheese in it, but I sincerely hope that next time that everything is cooked properly and that there is a level of hygenic practice, especially with handling food.

Came into subway today for lunch and was pleasantly greeted by a staff member (Chris) who was very welcoming, was very polite and well mannered and gave good suggestions for subs was very pleased on how they were made and presented.

I ordered a grilled wrap with tuna and strips a while back but they forgot to turn on the panini press so I had to eat Lukewarm strips with cold af tuna. Not to mention it was wrapped twice because they couldn’t fit it all in even though it wasn’t really that much

I only gave one star because it was the only way to leave a review. I went into the store approx 1: 00 today. There were 4 customers in front of me. I waited patiently for my turn. I placed my order and while it was being toasted the server finished serving the customer before me, which is common practice. When it was my turn she completed one of my sub rolls and then immediately stopped the preparation of my second roll and served the customer behind me. Totally oblivious to what she did was wrong. This whole episode took nearly 25 minutes. I will never go into that subway again. The service was absolutely appalling.

The food was great nice and fresh and made right in front of you and you can have the meal the way you want and of course you have to have the cookies yummy and the staff are really friendly

I ordered through Uber eats. While they were out of the bread I preferred they were quick to respond and gave me a cookie for the run around. Really friendly and efficient!

Expensive than other stores even though not located at very expensive lease areas, like an airport

This is the best subway around, really good service, actually take care to make you a decent sandwich.

Awsome subway store they check to make sure everything is to your satisfaction and very freindly salsd always looks fresher

I went for a sub around 4: 30pm today and was served by a beautiful young lady named Dani. Very kind and very great customer service not to mention she made one of the best subs i've ever had! Extremely impressed!

I'm not sure what the deal is but I went here to get lunch the other day to find that the whole menu has changed. Different breads, cheeses and fillings. For such a large chain I was surprised as people are used to their standard order. Why remove popular options from the menu Subway?

Yesterday around 7 and I was serviced by some really nice girls, they were friendly and engaged with customers really well. I was very impressed and would come again.

Fantastic service fresh great taste. Fit chips meal deal is tops. Behind counter service is top notch. Be back regularly.

One of the worst place, poor hygiene worked there for couple of days never been paid by the employer and was offered 2 months training without pay.the shittiest place ever.

This is the best subway in Alexander Heights by far. Coincidentally it is also the only subway in Alexander heights. 4/5

On several occasions I've witnessed poor hand hygiene, just ask staff to change gloves after handling money before retouching sub.
Other wise great service and product.
