Good subway sandwich! Lady whose name starts with K I think, working on Aug 9 around 1pm was very friendly and did a fab job with the sandwiches!

Hi I've been to nearly 100 odd stores and this is the worst I've ever witnessed customer service was grumpy and they had no seafood at 10 in the morning so I had to choose another sub which I chose a meatball sub the employee looked at new tray and then continued to use the old bottom bits of old tray which was dry burnt and crusty and then my sub got passed to next section which I clearly asked for no cuccumber and they put cuccumber on sub there is definitely a disconnection between employees and employer I had subway here about 12 months ago and they were probably my best subway I don't know what has happened but I hope they fix it soon if I could give no stars would of done that bad experience

Food was fine but customer service was shocking. No smiles, no hey how's your day been, super slow when there's a long line of people. After my sub was made I had to wait 3 minutes to pay. Not long but just stupid. Should pay as soon as it's made.
Don't waste your time going there

Service staff seemed tired and bothered with having to make our lunches. Wouldn’t honour the deals that they had advertised on the electronic boards because “we don’t offer them in this store”. Cashier took off half way through putting our order through to serve a petrol station customer. Unable to eat in store as their stock was blocking the tables. Wish we’d gone back to the bakery!

The workers were very rude, I’ve never experienced such terrible service. My chicken was frozen, and when asked to heat the chicken up it was a big issue with one of the workers shaking their head

Great customer service, very patient with us even though we had 5 orders (3 of them for small children). Thank you for the excellent customer service, it can be a bit of a rarity.

Everywhere in the town stops serving food by 8pm. Caltex Was the only thing open and we showed up 5 minutes after 8pm. The staff was making themselves sandwiches and the food was still laid out, but they refused to serve us because they were 'closed'. Appalling customer service and doesn't encourage tourism for the town.

Service was slow which is unusual for this store and was due I think to new staff. I say new staff because for some reason my wrap was cut in half which at any other place but Subway, it is how it is done.

Subway only put filling in half the wrap then fold it basically in half then wrap it so you basically only get half a wrap but pay the same or a little less the other stores who give you twice the filling.

I find this odd considering that they put so much filling in their 6" or 12" and their salad bowls.

Subway in Jurien Bay is a breath of fresh air for this small town and with still being able to offer the great Subway menu it is bound to do well and having very happy staff members, and especially with other takeaways in town being much more pricey, the store shares a local Caltex servo (which by the way also offers very cheap fuel) so you can get the best of both worlds.enjoy

Had my worst subway meatball roll I have ever had. The bread was cut terribly and ingredients were thrown on. Went to eat it outside immediately after, most of the meatballs were falling out due to pour cutting and need a fork to eat it.

Looked like they have never had a sandwich, only had 2 types of bread and it was 12am.looked like only half my sandwich had cheese and meat spread very unevenly
