It was my fist time in subway the service of the staff is good as well as the food ghetto staff named Karthik helped me to select the wrap for me and management is good to the customers

Not Gud at all, bad experience from my side, they didn’t serve well … from my side they deserve one star

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I rang the restaurant for help and exchange my order as there was a health hazard (hair in the bread), and disrespected my response and hung up.

Subway is mixing cabbage leaves in with their lettuce leaves
I understand their is a shortage atm but should probably tell their customers before charging $15 for a salad.
I also asked for pickles and got jalapenos

Opens early and closed late. Customers in and out all day so their salads are fresh and regularly refilled. Good staff. Not always a range of different cookies available though.

ONLINE ORDER 4/7/22/ DISGUSTING SERVICE! Ordered a footlong veggie subway, specially said, no tomatoes, still there were tomatoes. The sauce I specified in the online order, were not there. Had special instructions, to cut it and pack in half, not done. The app said it would be ready by 1: 20, when I collected it, it was all soggy, packed in one, and felt like it was made 15 min ago. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ordering from Subway Maylands. Cheap quality food, you cannot even get what you ordered. Quality- 1/10, service 1/10

Foods consistent with reasonable staff for a fast food place. Subways subway which is exactly what you want. Have had one or two bad experiences with staff being short out of the blue mostly this tallish guy that seems to always have had a bad day.

My favourite spot to grab a quick lunch on the way home. The staff are always so friendly, even whilst busy in the busy lunch rush.

I have seen Munashe, Christian and Melroy for the past 2-3 years (lost count), and they have been such lovely workers to chat with. Always makes my day and always knows my order. I am seeing them a lot less now, especially Munashe and Christian. Give them a few more shifts! Service is still good, but with the new owners, please stop asking too many questions. I just want my sub and a casual conversation.

This is by far my favourite Subway. Clean, quick, welcoming and fresh. I would like to say thank you to my server, Christian. Absolutely amazing guy. When I dropped my drink, I insisted to clean it up, but he refused for me to clean it and he instantly went to mop it for me. Whoever manages this store, you have an excellent worker who is willing to help and provide the best service.

One of my favourite Subways. A young man called Ash was so incredibly friendly and had no problem making 3 footlongs for me. Good job!

Under new management and you can definitely see the change in customer service. V was friendly and professional.

Fantastic service! The staff are so wonderful and very efficient! One staff member in particular who is always there named Sheldon is so friendly and especially handsome. Would recommend!

I went for a meeting at Maylands and it was a lunch time, was feeling hungry want quick pick-up. Choose subway from the Maylands, which was under a new managements. The restaurant staff are friendly and courteous, and the freshest ingredients were used. I have been impressed with their capacity to work under pressure. Along with a steady stream of walk in customers they also prepare subways as required. I expected an extended wait today since there was only one server. The wait was minimal. The person who served me today was Shreena. Well done!

Under new management, Excellent customer service. Received very good feedback from party guests.

Looks like the management changed and I can see the difference in hygiene and quality straight away.
